   From the outset I was impressed with the fast and efficient response from Angela to all of my email queries. Angela went above and beyond normal customer service and I appreciated her heads up that the sofa I had initially ordered was on the small size. This saved a lot of time and effort potentially returning and replacing it with another. She also dealt with the letting agency without needing me to prompt her and as a result, the assembly and delivery went smoothly. She was even kind enough to send through some photos once the furniture was in place. I can't recommend K&C highly enough: fantastic customer service, great quality product line and value for money.

   Angela and everyone over at Kit and Caboodle were a pleasure to deal with and they made the whole process very easy. They agreed a date and time that worked for me. Picked up my keys from my work the day before, and when I got home they had removed my old bed and installed the new one with no fuss and no mess when I got home. They put the keys through my letter box as I had a spare set, but offered to drop them back to my work. Constant contact by phone or email whenever I needed. Would reccomend to any landlord or private tennant who are looking for any new furniture without the hassle of worrying about sorting it out themselves. Very good quality furniture. Top class, guys, thank you so much.
