   I ordered an extremely expensive Superking Tempur mattress about 18 months ago. The sales guy was very pushy once he seen us trying the Tempurs out and didnt ask for any details on sleep styles or weights for the correct mattress, which you'd expect when spending that amount of money. Im now getting the hammock effect due to being a side sleeper and my 3K mattress is causing me a fair bit of pain. Not a great experience and wont be using them again.

   Absolutely exceptional service from Gary when purchasing our TV bed and mattress… he was a super chatty, helpful guy who’s a credit to his store - we knew bed wise exactly what we wanted because we had seen multiple others elsewhere that day but they just weren’t right. Gary went above and beyond to show us all of our chosen beds features in store before purchasing and we were super impressed by his great product knowledge. His advice for choosing the mattress to go with it was also second to none as we weren’t even sure where to start with that, both preferring different types of mattresses made it a hard task, and with his help it ended up taking us no time to find exactly what was right for us! In general we loved buying from bensons - the purchasing/delivery process couldn’t have been smoother and the quality of our bed is amazing. We would also say that the value for money is unmatched in comparison to anywhere else at Straiton when buying a bed… Only downside to the entire thing is we had to build ourselves and it took a long time but worth it for the end result!

   Great service, knowledgeable staff, overwhelming the amount of beds & mattresses on offer but don't despair as the staff will help you all the way through to a sale. Good payment options and it only takes about 10 to 20 minutes.

   I ordered a bed and mattress in April with the promise that they would be delivered within 4-5 weeks. After purchase this was delayed and delivery was made around 2 months later, but the bedframe was damaged and base itself had mismatching colours.. I rejected them as they were faulty. They were replaced about a month later, and when the second delivery attempt was made the mattress was damaged which I had to send back. So 3 months later and I still don't have a bed with a mattress to sleep on. Getting any help from the customer service is hopeless as well since regardless of the time of day you'll be put to a queue of 100 people. The in store service was the only professional side of the whole experience, but the moment you're out and have to start dealing with deliveries and customer services it's complete shambles, and is very far from what is described as 'premium bedshop'. Would not recommend, save your money and energy and go somewhere else..

   The guys I dealt with at the Straiton branch, one of them was called Ryan, were brilliant. From walking in the store to the point of delivery we couldn’t complain! Our bed was due to be delayed but Ryan went over and above to rectify. Thanks Ryan and Benson for Beds for a great service!
