   Archers Sleepcentre online is very disorganised. Ordered a bed,mattress and cover online and it's been a complete nightmare. Going to be delivered by 3 different companies at different times. I do not recommend. The delivery team from AITHD were amazing though but Archers get a zero from me. I won't be ordering from them again. If you value your mental health I would suggest you don't eithier.

   We bought our second bed at Archers within a year. We came back as we had an excellent in-store customer service last year and this time it did not disappoint either. We were served by Bob who was very knowledgeable and straight to the point. He showed us several models and left us to decide without rushing us or being pushy, which we really appreciated. Ended up buying a few items and we look forward to our delivery!

   Horrible experience! Called the day ahead and specifically asked if they.carried IKEA EU size mattresses (200x160). Chap said yes. I said great.... coming with a trailor and 3 hour drive. He said he wouldn't be in but colleague would. Got there and they told me they have to specially make them!!!!!! Don't carry them in stock. £100 lighter on fuel and 6 hour round trip wasted. Sales chap we spoke too was not registering the effort we went too to get there. Wasn't his fault but he really didn't care. Will never ship here again not recommend anyone else does. If you want good customer care.....go elsewhere

   Very good experience. Staff very helpful, not pushy to buy the dearest goods and gave me time to choose exactly what suited my needs for a mattress. Pointed out what could be a better option. On both occasions I dealt with Ewan, he is a very pleasant, courteous young man, an asset to the store. Will certainly recommend Archers to friends and family

   Ewan was absolutely first class a star ! We didn't end up buying a bed from Archers in the end , but almost felt bad that we didn't , as couldn't have asked for better help from a member of staff , we almost never leave reviews but thought necessary this time round. Well done Ewan , keep up the good work mate

   Mattress & bed both lovely after second attempt to get it right.. However after scrapping freshly painted walls know plastic shoe coverings on newly laid carpet.. Delivery drivers had know idea they were yo put the bed together ( they are after all delivery men) not qualified to put furniture together. Not once did the Manager off the store apologise for all our inconvenience we were left frustrated unfilled ...I have more beds and units too purchase but it most certainly will not be from Archers...

   Bed quality are fine, but send fitters who cannot simply fit beds together after paying quite a bit for fitting. Need better fitters. Still got a bed that moves side to side after 8 months. Realised legs are not even fitted properly and lots of missing screws.

   My wife and I recently visited this newly opened store and were not disappointed. Archers took care of all our requirements from the purchase of goods free delivery and uplift of old bedding in a very friendly and professional manner. If you're in the market and looking for all things regarding bedding this is the place to go 10/10

   Very good sales assistants very helpfully. Was given plenty space and time to try out mattresses did not feel any pressure from sales. Good prices and with voucher free delivery and uplift of old mattress for recycling. ☆☆☆☆☆
