   Ordered some armrest pads that arrived quickly, but didn’t fit. Not sure why, they looked as though they should (and I had the right chair name) but the moulding differed slightly from the original. Might be my fault as I now see manufacturers had two variants of the same chair. Took a few attempts to get any response from customer service, but when I did finally get a response they immediately refunded order, before I had even posted them back. So a bit of a fumble, but a good save.

   With regards my order number TOC-10391 for two office chairs. I received the chairs but unfortunately one of the chair's lever got broken during transport which is a big shame for the delivery company FedEx with tracking ID 884657396314 and I request return and refund for this. The other chair's cushon was stained with black grease which was not nice but wirh some efforts I managed to clean it up and I am happy with it. I contacted the office Crowd straight away about these issues but I did not received any reply so far after more than a week which is a shame, but I understand and more likely they are understaffed and the business is not such productive to afford an outstanding custoner service.

   Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order for a Humanscale Freedom Task Chair on 23 June 2025, with a promised delivery timeframe of 10 working days. Over 5 weeks later, I’ve still not received the item - or even a meaningful update. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, the company has been unresponsive, vague, and failed to deliver on promised callbacks or replies. This delay and lack of communication is not only frustrating but also a breach of consumer rights. I’ve now initiated a chargeback and reported the issue to Citizens Advice/Trading Standards. Based on my experience and similar stories from other reviewers, I strongly advise caution before ordering from this company.

   I ordered a Knoll desk for my son’s new flat. The price was incredible. I had first class communication from Ross and Michael. I got an email with the tracking info and they used Fed ex. My son is absolutely over the moon. It was also so easy to put together as well I really do recommend and we would definitely use them again

   Ordered 5/3/2025 and they took my money immediately. Many chases later, finally got A chair delivered 4/4/2025. But not the chair I ordered: black cloth NOT tan leather. And in any case the chair they sent was broken. I returned the broken chair immediately hoping they'd show me the same speed and courtesy. Nope. Like other reviews, it's all gone completely quiet over the last few weeks. Now 19/5/2025 and still crickets............... I suggest you buy a lottery ticket same day if you order from this bunch, as you probably have a better chance of a good outcome.

   Having put up with an old and extremely uncomfortable chair for longer than I'd care to admit (sorry spine) I finally took the plunge and bought the real deal from the Office Crowd. They have a pretty substantial range of proper office chairs. The kind that help your back rather than destroy it. I went for a reconditioned Steelcase Think V2. I used to sit on one in my old office so I knew it would be just the ticket. Being reconditioned I was slightly apprehensive about how it would look out of the box, but the the chair looks almost brand new. I basically got it for half the price of new, and with free delivery to boot. Not only that, by buying pre-owned I'm doing my little bit for the environment too. An absolute winner.
