   Customer service was outstanding and it made the experience so much fun for us, Paula went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend 100% going to this store for beds/mattress etc as the level of customer service made it feel like we had been to Disneyland, it was the best morning ever.

   I had amazing experience at the straiton shop, and managed to get a really good mattress within my budget. Paula was very helpful and kind, as I was very picky she was very patient with me and guided me through the process of buying the mattress. Excellent team and I will definitely go again in the future for more purchases!

   Ben was very helpful and polite. He helped us with the Sleep match machine to find the perfect mattress. Also tried different pillows as well. Enjoyed a nice coffee and hot chocolate for my son whilst trying different mattresses. Very professional service.

   Ashley greeted us as we entered the store. We were looking for assistance with buying a new mattress and he took us to the Sleepmatch machine to find the best mattress for us as a couple. He explained the differences between the mattresses which was very helpful. He offered us pillows to match our size and height. Once we had chosen the mattress and base he offered us refreshments before taking us through the payment and delivery procedure. It was a very easy and pleasant shopping experience.

   Hmmmmmm....... Last week, when I ordered and paid £349) for my mattress, it was advertised as £100 off. This week it is again advertised as £100 off, but is now £249! Surely it should then be advertised as £200 off?? It's all a bit of a con. Also, mattress (Burford double) is at least 2" shorter than the dimensions provided for it and it's small for the standard UK double bed frame. Pretty disappointed really ☹️

   Today we Bought a Tempur Cooltouch Firm Luxe 30 K Mattress, the Sales Assistant Paula was Absolutely Amazing in helping us make our Choice. Her experience & expertise were clear from the start and she made us feel valued as a customers. Nothing was too much hassle and we were made to feel relaxed whilst trying a multitude of different mattresses. Any questions were quickly answered and her suggestions were given plenty full thought whilst we browsed the products on offer. A Fantastic Experience thanks to the help of Paula. Thank you for all the help and advice in making sure we bought the correct mattress for our needs.

   We went in and spoke to a member of staff, Lorand was extremely helpful after discovering what type of mattress would be suitable we then tried quite a few. We were given as much time as we wished and encouraged to retry once we'd gotten down to a couple. We made a decision and although we were really only looking, decided to order. Everything went smoothly and our new mattress should be delivered this week. Happy days..

   I have to give 5 stars because you go in and you browse a decent selection of bed frames and mattresses. You can investigate what you like and they have a good collection. The staff members were helpful and knew the products well. I can't find a fault for what I thought this place would be, and it's exactly the shop it needs to be. Well done.
