Victoria was recommended to me by a friend who had used her services. I was not disappointed! She took an old favourite settee (originally a bed settee) and totally refurbished it, removing and recycling the metal bed frame, rebuilding the base support, re-covering base cushions and completely redesigning the back support cushions to fit with the shape of the back. The finished article was more than we could have hoped for and it is as comfortable as it was when newly purchased. Victoria also used the left-over upholstery material to make small scatter cushions - delightful! The whole process, including any contact with Donna who answered all emails and kept in touch with progress, was a positive experience. I would highly recommend.
