Ordered from Uber eats £36 worth of food only to receive someone else’s order of £18. They aren’t picking up the phone at all or even answering on Instagram. I called the driver and he said he didn’t have it. Just no professionalism and no customer service whatsoever from Nadine’s. I used to love this place but now I’m just disappointed.

Oh my. What an experience this was. Decided to treat my family to some Jamaican cuisine for the first time on a rainy Bristol Sunday and Nadine’s was our lucky choice. The man who served us radiated such positive energy and love that made my whole family jovial. The food? Excellent! Home style cooking that’s full of flavour, satisfies even the largest appetites, and had lots of variety. I especially loved my meal, the jerk chicken, black bean rice, steamed veg, and plantains. Yum! My whole family loved their meals too so golden stars all around. Overall, great vibe to the place and great timely service. Will definitely be back for more, that’s for sure.

What an amazing place. Not only the food is outstanding but the service. They helped us make the right choices according to our taste and gave is to try their home made drinks (AMAZING!). We love this place and although Nadine wasn't there the restaurant is truly special (we LOVED the paintings as well). You have now two customers for life.

Don't know who they think they're selling to. They have no manners, ordered oxtail with rice and peas as everywhere else had sold out. It was lacking in flavour. Also bought carrot cake which was an end piece and as dry as the Sahara Desert, so it ended up in the bin, £3 wasted. I did call but they close early. See picture, not sure it's clear how dry it was, but it could've choked me. Very dissatisfied. Will not purchase from them again. Will order from Bikkle from now on.

The best carribean food you'll find in Bristol. Home made, gorgeous dishes, that change day-to-day so you're only tasting the freshest of ingredients. I was so happy this was my introduction to a huge swathe of amazing dishes. If you're new to the area, or new to this cuisine in general, have no hesitation - Nadine has your back! I recommend the jerk chicken, brown stew, dumplings, sorel - order anything off of the menu, and you won't be disappointed.

Ordered a large curry goat, large jerk chicken, upside down pineapple cake and banana cake. Friendly service and quick too! The food tasted great, both meals came with a generous portion of rice and peas, the plantain tasted great and so did the dumpling. The upside down pineapple cake was our favourite, it's worth visiting just for this alone. We will definitely be returning again!
