Spectacular results. We had a really nasty, dried-in, crusty coffee stain on an expensive Kashmir rug. We really didn't think there was any hope for it. Arcadia, took it in and worked their magic. I recently used this company to clean 2 Persian rugs that were my mum's. From start to finish they were great, really informative and knowledgeable about the 2 rugs I took in. They were pretty grubby from being stored, not now... They look amazing! The colours look bright and the wool feels so soft. I'm sure my mum would be thrilled with them and will be glad that I can now make use of them again. Will definitely be using again!
