Really pleased with the level of service I received from the Kitchen Depot, Rosyth. The units are of good quality and there is a good selection to choose from. There was no hard sales push and Rikki was very friendly, professional and accommodating throughout, which helped take a lot of the stress out of the whole process. My fitters were Sandy and Robbie, who were very professional and hardworking and the work itself was completed to a very high standard. I can’t recommend this company enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Our experience with The Kitchen Depot Rosyth has been first class.
After spending weeks trailing round showrooms during our house renovation, we were becoming overwhelmed with so many options and decisions. We were also beginning to feel we wouldn't find our dream kitchen in time or budget - until we visited The Kitchen Depot Rosyth.
Rikki took time to understand our needs and designed us a wonderful Balmoral kitchen in taupe that is now the heart of our new home. We are so impressed with his skills, knowledge and recommendations. All our questions were answered (there were many!), and communication was always clear.
The service here is truly different from elsewhere (we previously checked out Wren, Howdens, and Magnet). There's no pushy sales tactics and the service feels really personal. Rikki, Rob, Eilidh and Sandra are rightly proud of their quality brand and premium products made in Scotland.
We used The Kitchen Depot's fitter, Russell who was prompt, tidy, and reliable. His apprentice, Luke, was so polite and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them both and they really went above and beyond our expectations. We were kept informed throughout the 4.5 day fitting process and we looked forward to the daily progress updates each evening via email with photos and the plan for the following day.
Rob - one of the owners - visited after completion for a final inspection and sign off. We discussed a few (very minor) snags and he arranged for parts to be ordered and installed within 10 days.

He helped plan the kitchen , everything transparent , no hidden extras. Mick kitchen fitter excellent , above & beyond. Took 5 days to complete. Quality excellent. Updates daily & owner visits after job complete to ensure everything to your satisfaction. It is very hard to come by these days to get reliable tradesman to turn up on time & finish to a very high standard at a good price so i totally recommend the Kitchen Depot. From start of fit to finish took about 10 working days, would have been less, but when old kitchen came out we discovered a couple of issues. ( Old house! ) these were overcome with ease. All the trades were friendly, helpful & fabulous at their trade.
