Kitchens International are a great company to deal with from start to finish. I had the pleasure of Louisa in the design team to work out the best use of the space and guide me through finishes and appliances. Gordon in the installation team was on site weeks before the installation just to make sure of site sizes and access. He and his team were very professional and made sure I was 100% happy before leaving. They arrived on time, were clean, tidy and respectful of my home. I am delighted with the quality and finish of the Leicht kitchen units and the combination of Liebherr and Siemens appliances. I would highly recommend Kitchens International.

After 5 different companies assessed our needs only KI designed our dream kitchen with great creativity and with our personality in mind. It is 7 years since our install, which went exceptionally smoothly, and even now we get a thrill every time we enter the kitchen: quality products, professional design and great craftsmanship all combined. No faults, no loose hinges, no issues after 7 years. We may have paid a little more than some of the others but we are more than pleased we chose KI. Photos shown of before and after.

Appalling Service and workmanship! Never have I experienced such a catalogue of incompetence. A very expensive luxury bathroom refurbishment. Promised timescale 2 weeks from start to finish. What a joke!!! Our entire house had just been fully decorated and re floored along with new furniture and radiators. So emphasis was on sealing all doors with tape and only using front door for access. Experienced Project Manager walked out a few weeks before start date. New PM took over just in time to start our project. He walked out a few weeks later so no PM and nobody to co-ordinate the works thereafter. We returned home after 2 weeks to find all doors had been left wide open throughout, so entire interior of house was covered with grit and dust. Living room had been used for storage of materials which were leaning against walls, leather couch and new radiators. Dining room had been a through way to kitchen where cement or plaster had been mixed - floor and counter tops white with powder. Shower cubicle panels had been wrongly measured - short in height so 6 inch gaps above. Eventually patched. Measurements for shower cubicle width had been wrong so once fitted, an inch or so of shower panel stuck out beyond cubicle area. A trim was added to make it look as if it was part of the design. Wall was built out to try and accommodate the βtoo large to fitβ shower cubicle but it barely left room for door to close - lock scraping on tile. Shower screen leaked for months on end. Various attempts to re-seal it failed. Finally sealed after 5 months. Holes for radiator were drilled in wrong place - through tiles. Holes were later invisibly patched. Toilet lid wouldnβt stay up - 5 replacements. Tiles around window werenβt sealed. Tiles on floor werenβt sealed. Acoustic panels started to flake after a few weeks - turned out not to have been the waterproof quality weβd paid for. Finally touched up and a sealant coating applied by a specialist. Silicone sealant around shower cubicle was wrong colour. No sealant was put around sink unit. Sealant was smeared on tiles and shower cubicle floor. Eventually removed. Display shelf light didnβt work - several weeks before replacement part was fitted. Door was painted wrong colour. Hallway was so badly scuffed and marked their painter re-emulsioned it - but we had to repaint woodwork ourselves. Within weeks shower controls started to leak - replaced a few weeks later. Project took 5 months and a week to complete. During that time numerous appointments were made but tradesman either turned up several hours late - or not at all. He had 2 emergency gas leaks to attend to in a week apparently- both times when he should have been at our home. So unlucky!! We are now 10 months on and sealant round shower screen has turned black, toilet seat is rattling and the shower outlet pipe is leaking. And theyβve had the audacity to send a final invoice!! A catalogue of incompetency from start to finish. Avoid this company at all costs!!! A few photos attached for reference.

I am DELIGHTED with my new kitchen and can fully recommend Kitchens International. The attention to detail in the design was phenomenal (including a suggestion of installing a font drain for quooker tap, which looks so sleek and assures safety) and the installation was seamless, with the kitchens international team working so well with our main contractor for our house renovation project. The result is fantastic and we now get so many compliments for our sleek and stylish kitchen. Thank you so much to the whole team!

I want to share my nightmare experience about our kitchen renovation project with you all. We chose a high end kitchen company called kitchens international on Dundas street, Edinburgh. We are in a tenement flat with medium size kitchen (no space for kitchen island) Our project was costed at over Β£44K and time frame to complete was 4-6 weeks. They started on 30/9/19. The project was continually delayed due to incompetent project management , incorrect installation ,wrong materials ordered and inadequate workers available etc. 7 weeks in and less than 30% work done, we managed to get the director involved through negative reviews. Initially, apologies was in abundance and promised us that he (Gerry Watson, the director) will give us refund that will be satisfactory to us at the completion admitting to their faults/errors. We therefore we believed him and was patient about it. Unfortunately to date, its still not fully complete. The last bit of work was just before the lockdown in March. When we approached them again recently to discuss the refund and for fixing the incomplete items. They immediately involved a lawyer and offered an amount that was way below than previously discussed. Please beware of this company. How can this be fair to consumers who trust their promises in a supposedly reputable company and turn out like this. Could someone contact me to discuss this directly? The chipped worktop and the unfinish bin need your attention now! This is a unfair treatment to your customer who paid for premium price for this lousy service.

Ongoing Kitchen nightmare. Into the seventh week of a supposedly 4 -5 week project. Donβt seem to care until you threaten. Promises broken every time. No plumbing, no gas, no sign of even a partially functioning kitchen except for units that are not quite right. Unable to cook or wash. With Premium prices they charge, you would expect more customer service and help. Regret we didnβt read the poor review from a few months ago. Should have gone to somebody else.

I cannot recommend Kitchens International for the professional delivery of a kitchen following my extremely poor experience. Design issues, numerous installation issues (particularly on installation of worktops), lack of communication, and poor project management. It has taken over 4 months for my kitchen to be installed and I'm still waiting for it to be completed correctly. The quality of the Leitch kitchens are good but I would recommend finding a more competant and customer focussed company to design and install your new kitchen.

Dear Kevin, I would like to formalise my appreciation of what was managed in the modification of my kitchen. The effort to match the "used colour" was so successful that even my daughter did not notice the difference The craftsmen and the plumber were neat, organised and well up to the task, tho' trying to persuade them to stop for a cup of tea was difficult. Thank you for your efforts and advice and I hope to see you in Perth sometime in the future. Yours Aye Rab Scott.
