Amazing shop. They always have what I need and can point me to exactly where it is on the shelves. I am so glad to have this business in the area.
Very sexist customer service, asked if shop was still open and he just scowled then turned his back and walked into the shop. Then when we asked about the screws he repeatedly said we should already have the parts after we already explained that parts from the IKEA kit were missing and that's why we were there. Very unfriendly and would never return.

miserable rude & unhelpful. bought something that broke, wouldn't entertain a conversation about replacement. was sold something else that I was told was the same as what I had but it wasn't, again wouldn't listen to what I had to say & didn't believe me, overtalked me & rude. I will never shop here again. no customer service & no need to be so rude.
Great for key cutting! Only £2.50 for a small Yale type door key compared with £4-£5 at the other key cutting shops in Partick. Key was cut in minutes and works perfect in the door.
Big guy was miserable, unhelpful and rude. GIrl at the desk overcharged us, despite items being price marked.
Bought a telescopic window cleaning mop from the shop , within an hour of using the product the item snapped, i took the item back to the shop the following morning the gentlemen blamed me for not using it properly and refused to pay me back my money, he would replace the item with a similar one. Not very helpful whatsoever, very defensive throughout. Do not go there, very bad service.
Awful service. Bought a faulty product and was accused of using it inappropriately when trying to return it. There was no replacement stock so I was advised my only option was to pay more for a similar product. I was also forced to go to a bank machine as the price difference was less than the minimum card spend limit. All-round terrible service, won't be using again.
Super convenient. Shop has everything you may need from B&Q but located right in your neighborhood. Prices are very fair, large variety of goods. Staff were friendly and quick to offer their services. Customer service was excellent. Would recommend.
