   I was trying to repair a leaking gutter after finding it had been botched previously. I bought what I thought was the correct guttering only to find it didn't fit. After a lot of searching I found Eurocell had the right stuff in stock but I took the old pieces to the store just in case. The staff were so great and were able to check I was ordering the correct items. Within an hour the job was done and I just wanted to say thanks as the team were so decent and helpful.

   Absolutely shocking service they have missed two deliveries dates and not called me back once. They eventually delivered over a week late and would you believe it forgot the guttering. All attempts to contact them for four days in a row failed. Today after calling several times I managed to get hold of someone who promised to deliver the missing items and after waiting all afternoon, guess what failed to turn up again. I have scaffolding up and need to start the job. No call from eurocell they must be having a laugh at the customer. I've been disappointed with deliveries before but never this bad they don't deserve any stars.

   Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices a bitty too steep as like everything nowadays. Seem to add a 27 percent surcharge on top of the normal 20 percent vat now though.

   Great staff. Come on Eurocell. Give your guys a chance to do a wonderful job. Your website told me there was ancient black decking in stock. Wasn't! I followed another customer who was trying to get black fascia and soffits. He thought they were in stock.. not the case. The staff were great. Explained situation that website didn't reflect actual stock levels because there isn't a modern system of stock control. Next thing.. guy turned up from Irvine branch of Eurocell. Hadn't had fascia nails delivered for weeks so was borrowing some from the Hillington Branch. You are tying great staff up in constantly chasing up inventory, calling customers to tell them orders are delayed, etc. Great staff let down by poor stock management systems.
