    It's getting impossible to shop here. Tesco app signs you out every visit, holding up checkout. Crap internet connection in store. Empty shelves. And, most annoyingly, self service tills increasingly unavailable after 9pm. Not a single one open tonight at 23:45. What's the logic? Forcing the only 10 customers you haven't put off late shopping into the same queue operated by a human? When I only have half an hour to get some late shopping done, I won't waste time coming here any more. Just go back to only being open 9 to 5 already. Because half doing a job is worse than not doing it at all.

    I was doing my routine shopping on a regular god given Thursday, then this one eyed woman swoops in and snatches up an item from my cart which I had been rather peckish for, and then sped away to the express checkout to swiftly steal my deals. This meant that I had to go home all alone without my craving, leaving me dissatisfied and sad. ā˜¹ļø

    Good variety of products. The prices bit to high for average of products, but you can buy cheap staff Tesco brand

    Went to the cafe for a panini ( tuna spring onion ) it was microwaved to within an inch of radioactivity. Coffee like dishwater , the skinny chip decent once allowed to cool down . Ā£9.40 or there abouts . Over priced and under delivered , terrible intact

    Customer service over phone is shocking! I phoned 5 times just to speak to a customer advisor ! I have mobility issues and just wanted to find out if Bellshill still had the facilities! I was cut off every time! It is going to cost me money just to go and find out if they still offer this plus the anxiety of getting cut off? Is there someone answering calls or just a recording. Shocking a company I spend money with!

    I got pizza pepperoni meat had greenish black white spots on it and salami cold meat but seeing first one put me off wouldn't eat either first time had any problems

    actively discouraging cash payers. Checkouts reduced and self serve card only stations galore installed. not everyone pays by card. not a great shopping experience by any means

    Friendly staff, need to open more check-outs at busy times. Be a good idea to let people know it's closed between 2am and 4am at the weekend!
