   I usually use Evri services and this is my nearest parcelshop. Almost every time when I come they don’t take parcels for different reasons. Waste of time.

   . I was in the store on Sunday 9th October to quickly grab a bottle of prosecco and Chambord. When getting to the checkout there was a queue for parcels and the assistant had to get someone to attend to them before she could attend to me. I noticed the store never stocked the Chambord, I was in a rush, and had a taxi waiting outside. So in a split second decision I ran to return the bottle to where I had taken it and ran back to my taxi. As my taxi was pulling away an assistant can towards the car. I thought I might have dropped something so I opened the door. She then proceeded to tell me in an assertive and forceful manner that I "Forgot to pay for my goods" I then had told her I had taken nothing, to which she responded that "she seen me run out the shop" in an upset and direct manner I had told her that I had put the prosecco back and that I needed to go. She then proceeded to take photos of the taxi and when the driver had questioned why she then said to him she was going to look at the CCTV footage and that I would be seen taking produce. I told her to go look and there was a heated exchange involving her pointing her fingers in an aggressive angry manner telling me she would. It was almost like dealing with a demented person who was out of control. I told her to back and do her job, to which she responded " I would be doing my job if it wasn't for people like you." I have delt with this rude, horrible and unhelpful member of staff previously and can't understand why they would employ someone of that nature. Horrible, upsetting and disgraceful behaviour from staff. I was promissed a call from the Manager to whom I have still not recieved any response from. I have now taken the matter further. I wouldn't even give this place a star but it's the only way the review would be posted.
