I recently visited the Balloch location for some materials. I was really pleased with the service and pleasant attitude of the sales and service team. I'm not sure it could be any better. I would recommend them.
Outstanding customer service today. Had pebbles ordered and was told they couldn’t be delivered till next week. Was disappointed as my son is off work this week to help, but an hour later they call back to say they’ll deliver this afternoon, which they did! Thank you so much!

On entering the Sales Office at Balloch Depot , I was greeted by very welcoming and helpful staff .Rachael advised and enabled me to make the right choice for my small order . Customer service is absolutely fantastic, Rachel was brilliant over the phone, very helpful and friendly and Stevie delivered my aggregate, he was willing and able to put ton bags exactly where I needed them. ( No mean feat in a crowded residential area). Thanks to both.
Great service and prices, staff first class would not recommend anywhere else if your doing decking or garden landscaping
