Went for Christmas shop in the evening. Not impressed. Didn't seem to be much activity restacking shelves, whether it was low stock or what. My wife lifted a box of Morrisons high end mini mince pies. Went to open the following day and noticed the best before date was 11th December, purchased on the 22nd. To be honest, not very high end either, even for mini mince pies, hardly any filling and dry pastry. Don't shop a lot at Morrisons, my experience there reaffirmed why.

Just visited the store today ordered a large Pizza and one of your collegues Dawn from behid the counter actually came looking for me down one of the aisles apologising as they had ran out of large pizza bases, she was very pleasant and professional along with Katie on the checkouts who was also very cheerful and always engages with every customer she serves. I work in retail myself and have been shopping in your store for several years as the staff are always very helpful.

I was in store for Saturday night pizzas. I had to use the toilets, first time in this store. What a absolute delight, they were clean, fresh and bright. The best morrisons toilets I've ever used. Hats of to the cleaners and morrisons for this fantastic service. The colleague who served me on the pizza counter was very helpful.

Have no issue with the store itself, staff are generally great, however the gentleman who is the security guard is a little over zealous, I was accused of stealing before my receipt had even been checked and the gentleman was very confrontational. I was actually devastated and shocked to be accused of this, when my receipt was present and showed I had paid for all items it took some time for him to actually apologise. More than happy to be asked to present a receipt, I totally understand that many items must get lifted however a polite check would be worthwhile prior to accusing someone. Now I am regularly followed round the store by the gentleman which I find very off putting, if he would like me to present my receipt everytime I shop then please just say. Amendment : appears to be a much more pleasant man working there more recently.

Please can someone explain why there are NEVER any bags at the self checkouts? And this is not a one off, it’s always the case! Last night when I was in there was no less than 5 checkouts in use but nothing being scanned as the shoppers were walking up and down trying to find bags, checkout supervisor nowhere to be seen, eventually nearly 5 mins later the supervisor wanders in and when asked for bags proceeded to walk to a till half way up the shop and then return with only 5 bags, one for each person, then when I eventually got to a checkout I had to go through the same nonsense myself to get a bag! What is actually going on here, this causes so much delays it’s unbelievable, why not just hang the bags on the hangers at the checkouts, self service was all about speed and convenience, at this rate I think I’d rather go to a till and wait for checkout person. Seriously, it’s a bag! For gods sake make them available!!!

The pharmacist Andrew Newton in this store has always spoken to me in a rude and passive aggressive manner. I have left the store in tears several times due to the way in which he chooses to speak to me. Everytime I return I wonder why didn't just drive the extra distance to a different pharmacy. There is a kind and assuring manner required by pharmacists. To make patients feel at ease. More likely than not, the patient visiting the pharmacist isn't well or is visiting to seek advice for their unwell children. These situations should be handles with sensitivity and respect. There is a considerable difference between the way he interacts with other customers compared to myself . Whenever I approach the pharmacy counter he glares over as if I'm inconveniencing him. It is the nearest pharmacy to me. I have put in several formal complaints and have only once had a response. That response in itself was from the pharmacy manager who showed absolutely no empathy or understanding and proceeded to tell me that said pharmacist is always consistent in his manner. I pleaded with her to try to understand my perspective and she asked me not to share my experience with others at the risk of 'tarring all the pharmacists with the same brush'.

Busy, but had what I wanted. Breakfast took too long, but it was busy and looked short staffed. Staff very courteous, though

I usually stop in at Morrisons once a week, however my experience today was the worst. I had asked for my fried eggs to be runny, they weren't, the beans looked and tasted over cooked, my hash browns were way over done also, verging on burnt! A thoroughly forgettable experience from Morrisons.

We love coming to this Morrisons to do our shopping and to eat something after it but the coffee shop it’s a mess. Tables are always dirty with dirty dishes. Very bad looked after, what a shame!
