   Arrived on Christmas Eve at 18:47 for bread (forgot earlier) and I l spend a literal fortune in this place to be greeted by the security telling me the store was closed. I asked for the manager who said the store was too busy and tills would shut down automatically at 7pm. She reluctantly let me in with an attitude. Store was lucky if there was 40 people in and I got through the checkouts at 18:50. Outside they were turning dozens of people away. Disgusting behaviour from Tesco.

   Just been to your store today is there something wrong with the big guy on the Self-Service? He's got a face like a wet weekend!!! Cheer up or go get a job that suits your attitude maybe a job in an undertakers, this guy represents Tesco I can't wait to see him during the season to be jolly!!!

   Dreadful home delivery service now -we had our order cancelled twice in the last month with only a couple hours notice. Not ideal when you plan delivery for convenience around work schedule. Apparently it's due to driver shortages, but I find it astounding that a company this size doesn't have contingency plans for this, especially when the orders are placed and accepted days in advance.

   It's a really nice place to shop. You have all the essentials that you need here. If you have the club card, you can get the stuff for reasonable amount of price. I have shopped here a couple of times. The petrol prices are also low in the tesco pump compared to other places.

   Went to tesco extra this morning looking for fire logs, haven't been in a while so asked security guard ( Peter ) if he could help us find them. He straight away took us over to the fire lighters and even moved the heavy boxes from the front to get the ones we wanted that were behind, he even lifted 5 of the heavy boxes in to shopping without having to be asked. He's very pleasant, friendly and helpful and made our shopping trip a joy. Will be back again soon and hope our thanks will be passed on to him via this review

   My wife has mobility issues. Upward travelator not working. Downwards travelator switched off meaning that it is nearly impossible for someone on crutches to use. Lift out of order. No access to upper floor.

   Visited today for petrol. After 3 attempts to pay and the cashier claiming nothing had went through the till, a payment was taken from my account. I showed proof of payment but was still made to complete a no means of payment form. Brilliant customer service
