Once more I have received excellent attention from all at Specsavers Linlithgow. A comprehensive eye test and much help choosing new glasses. I recently popped in for a slight adjustment to one of the legs of my glasses and was lucky enough to be helped by Warren ( who had originally fitted them). Thanks to all.
Visited for my wee one with an appointmen with the optician, prompt and good service. Very impressed with the eye test, done initially and then specialise one by the opticians itself. Overall very good service.
We had a joint visit by Myself and my 10 Year old daughter, everyone we dealt with, start to finish, was fab, very knowledgeable & friendly. Great experience and we both see better ;+). The only optician we shall go to from now on. My wife is booked in for next week. Thanks to Diana H, Kaitlin & Damian who mainly looked after us.
Great experience delivered by all the staff at this branch, including Lynda and Julie on the shop floor. I will very likely be back to buy a second pair (or sunglasses) in the spring with my digital discount ticket. There were no high-pressure sales tactics used to push more expensive frames when a basic pair was all you wanted and needed, and this is the main reason (along with the friendliness of the staff) that I will be back. 5/5. The pictured glasses cost just £15, including lenses and case; the eye exam itself being free under the NHS.
Very friendly staff. I realise that I am very difficult when it comes to glasses, but everyone were friendly and patient. Two pairs sorted thanks to the lovely girl who spent almost entire afternoon helping me (sorry very bad with names). Thanks a lot!
