I have collected my Amazon parcels several times from this shop. The parcel are left in several boxes in different corners, but all are kept outside of the counter like a product for sell without any safety measures. Normally, I just find and pick my parcel and then wait for them to scan it. Today an unfriendly cashier told me that I should not search my parcel without his permissions. I explained to him after I found parcel in my name I would wait in the queue for scanning. I did not cut the line .He is very rude. I had to look in a messy, massive pile of unorganized parcels. But, if he has a concern about the security of the parcels. I suggested him keeping the parcels behind the counter . Otherwise, I don’t think he’s taking his duty seriously and responsibly. By the way, last week I went to the shop and heard a lady failing to find to find her parcel. Even the cashier searched for it many times and never found it. Be careful of this shop.
Local and fairly standard newsagent/corner shop. Gets a bonus star for accepting online orders making it easy to collect for places like Amazon and ASOS

The RUDEST STAFF EVER DO NOT USE IF SENDING STUFF FROM VINTED. I never ever review places but boy does this place deserve a one star. The man who served me was so unbelievably rude and disrespectful to me. Not even speaking words just grunting at me. I was using their yodel direct service to send parcels from vinted. He was printing off the labels for me and I saw him going to stick the stickers on the wrong parcels. I tried to politely correct him and he snapped at me telling me that he knew what he was doing. So TODAY I get a message from one of my buyers telling me that she’s received the wrong thing. This guy was so rude to me and the customer behind me in the queue asked me if I was okay and what his problem was. Please do not use for sending parcels it is not worth it.
This has been my local shop for the past ten years. I’ve had nothing but a pleasant and positive experience when shopping here. Kumar, his wife and staff always go out their way to provide excellent Customer service. They are considered valued members of our local community.
