I was seen quick & received professional & helpful information throughout my visit. I felt the optician look her time with tests to made sure my eyes were ok & healthy after my recent eye infection. Overall happy with service.
The staff are always super friendly and make you comfortable. The store is always very clean and waiting room seats comfortable. There is also a wide range of frames in every price range so its always easy to find something that you like in your price range.

I had an excellent experience at this optician. The optician took her time to carefully assess my vision and provided a very detailed and thorough examination, explaining everything clearly. Another member of staff was equally helpful and patient, taking the time to help me choose the perfect frames. I really appreciated the professional and friendly service from start to finish. Great experience. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, asked to disinfect my hands and then led straight into one of the examination rooms. After 3 tests, during which the process was explained thoroughly by one of the technicians, I was asked to sit outside and wait for an optician to be free, which lasted barely five minutes before the traditional part of the exam. Again, everything was explained in vernacular I could understand and not patronising. It was all done and dusted within the space of half an hour. Top service all round
