just terrible! I do not recommend it. It is even difficult to call it a HOTEL, it is even worse than a hostel. At the reception the man was not happy, he started saying loudly that this was the last room, that there was nothing, and after us people came and told them the same thing. I paid for a room with a bathroom but it was outside my room, I had to leave the room and walk past the corridor to my bathroom, they did not even write that I had to take slippers with me, but I paid for it and was very angry when other people used it, do you think it is normal when you go into the bathroom and someone shitted and did not wash it off, it is just terrible. The room is very cold, there are cracks in the windows that are very cold and blowing out of them, in the doors too, that is, if you want to sleep, you will not succeed, you can hear everything as if you were on the street. The bed creaks, the mattress is like wood, the bed linen is dirty, the sofa has some stains, the floor has white stains, I don't even want to write about the bathroom. Cleaning is not a word they know. For Β£100 per night, this is a money grab, and the photo on Booking does not match reality at all. Please look for something else, avoid this accommodation

βοΈ 1/5 β Absolutely disgraceful experience This was hands down one of the worst hotel stays Iβve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made it very clear they did not want to attend to us. There was one Greek staff member in particular who was outright rude and dismissive. He seemed to live in what looked like a room next to reception and acted as though coming out to do his actual job was a personal inconvenience. Our room was NEVER cleaned in the four days we stayed. Not once. For Β£309 for three nights, the bare minimum expectation would be a made bed and fresh towels daily. Instead, we were met with attitude when we asked at reception. We were told, with visible annoyance, that towels would only be changed if we threw them on the floor. We did exactly that and guess what? Still no towel change. I had to repeatedly ask for clean towels just to shower, and each time I was made to feel like I was asking for something unreasonable. The attitude was shocking. The cleanliness was beyond unacceptable. The cleaners are clearly not doing their jobs. The two coffee mugs provided were filthy. I will be attaching photos because it was genuinely disgusting. The toilet was dirty, surfaces were dirty, everything felt unclean. This was not a hotel-level standard by any stretch. The whole place felt more like a poorly run house share or room accommodation pretending to be a hotel. To make matters worse, the shower is literally right next to the bed, which is just absurd and completely inappropriate for a βhotelβ setup. This place does not deserve to call itself a hotel. Avoid unless you enjoy being ignored, disrespected, and staying somewhere unhygienic.

We stayed in the hotel only for one night. Clean and tidy. Check in wa fast and without any issues. Room with kettle and basic supplies, cofee, tea etc. Towels and storage available. Only downside I would say is the noise. Windows are very old. Wind and noise from the outside is coming through. Bus stop next to the hotel so it is easy and convenient way to travel accross teh city. Shoping centre near by if you want to buy some basic supply or eat outside. Overall, good value!

Absolute Dump! Do not be fooled by these pictures. Those pictures do not match please see attached to this review. The room we paid for was absolutely shocking. We wasn't given the room we paid for and the place had a showroom? Clearly meant to entice people and scam us like it did us. It was a complete mess and wasn't clean. We complained and the room we got "upgraded" to was even worse. I do not recommend staying here when asking for a refund the guy refused and said to us "please don't leave a bad review" and still didn't have the audacity to refund us. Well pal here we are and it resorted us to hurrily stay elsewhere leaving us more out of pocket. We paid this through Expedia so hopefully they get this review and revise the whole place and management. I wouldn't recommend staying it's filthy. We found out in the end that homeless were staying there. It clearly needs an upgrade.

Stayed for 1 night ,lovely hotel,we booked a single room of two beds for three people which were so comfy, the room was a good size, nice decor and very clean. Every staff member at every interaction is approachable. we are definitely coming back. Excellent value for money for the service you provide.

Booked a twin room but given a single. Window broken with big cracks in glass. Single glaze old style window so noisy next to street. Ran out of toilet paper, no spare roll. Two flights of stairs and no assistance given with large heavy bag even when requested. Gave feedback to manager who just said he wasn't the owner and couldn't help. Good shower, single bed comfortable enough. Long way from town centre, bus or cab required. No good for elderly or disabled.
