   My stay at Aaron Glen Apartments was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully furnished, creating a comfortable home-away-from-home feeling the moment I arrived. Everything was well maintained, and the attention to detail—fresh linens, quality toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen—made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is convenient and peaceful, offering easy access to local transport while still feeling quiet and private. Parking was straightforward, and the area felt safe and well looked after. One of the highlights was the warm, welcoming hospitality. The hosts were incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure guests had a great experience. Check-in was smooth, and they were more than happy to offer recommendations for local dining, attractions, and travel routes. Overall, Aaron Glen Apartments is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I’d happily stay again and highly recommend it to both short-term visitors and longer-term guests.

   Wonderful guesthouse, we had a beautiful spacious twin room for myself, daughter and our dog. The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable for our stay. The tea/coffee provision in the room was an amazing selection of not only tea/coffee but a good selection of herbal/fruit teas, cappuccino and hot chocolate sachets too. Breakfast is a help yourself / grab and go type breakfast and there is a super selection and extremely good quality produce to choose from. Carolyn was so helpful and informative during our stay. Location was perfect for the Edinburgh vet hospital for us. There is also an honesty bar which is well stocked with an amazing variety of drinks. We felt so welcome here and would highly recommend.

   We stayed here for just one night while visiting family living in Loanhead. The room was clean and inviting, the bed was comfortable, and the coffee, tea and hot chocolate (and biscuits!) in the room were very welcome. I love that this is an old converted farmhouse, but with the comforts of today. Breakfast (you make your own from their supplies) and the honesty bar were fantastic--at both there so many options from which to choose! Carolyn was very helpful and friendly, both before our arrival and while we were there. I look forward to staying at Aaron Glen again.

   I was traveling with my wife around Scotland when we stayed at Aaron Glen Guesthouse and found the experience to be wonderful! Carolyn greeted us warmly upon arrival and was available throughout our stay if needed. The rooms were very nice and well-updated in a classic bed and breakfast, the type of quaint setting we were looking for. Close enough to bus routes into Edinburgh, though a trade off is the area was more commercial than would be ideal. All this with a well-stocked kitchen and honesty bar made for an overall great time staying there and I would absolutely recommend it!

   Just a lovely place and a lovely welcome! We got lucky staying here ! The attention to detail and generous hospitality is second to none. Choice of jams / spreads (too many to count), choice of cereals, cheese, yoghurts etc. Choice of different teas, coffees etc. In the room - generous amounts of coffee, biscuits, choice of drinks. Very welcoming for dogs - I have my two Cairn Terriers with me. A large safe walking area where I was able to go off lead. There is a large and well stocked trust bar where you help yourself and pay for what you use. A selection of malts etc. I cannot empathise enough how exceptionally generous the hosts are in this guest house. It is also in a very good location to access with loads of off street parking. If anyone needs any tips on how to run a B and B take a visit here and see how it’s done! We are in the area to attend the Cairn Terrier Championships.

   Loved our stay, great service and beautifully clean rooms. We were upgraded, always a bonus and the apartment was excellent, with a beautiful kitchen and lounge. Breakfast wasn't cooked, but the choices available were even better. Our stay was so relaxed, good beds, good food, free parking and WiFi. Also close to local shopping areas. Definitely will return when we're back in the area.

   What a fab B&B - kind and delightful owners who do everything to make sure your stay is comfortable. Generous rooms, comfy beds, tastefully decorated. Self-serve breakfast with a wide array of choices. Excellent location just 30mins from Edinburgh city centre but on the edge of beautiful countryside. Excellent bus routes nearby make travel options simple. Would wholeheartedly recommend - we'll definitely be returning!

   We had such a wonderful stay at Aaron Glen Guesthouse, Carolyn & her husband were very helpful and friendly, the Guesthouse itself was clean, welcoming and had a lovey 'secret garden' too, I will definitely stay there again 100%, thank you for a lovely comfortable stay. The self-service bar and snacks were also exceptional!

   We stayed here for a few days while visiting Edinburgh. This was so much better than a typical B&B, It felt like friends were welcoming us into their home. There was a help yourself bar with snacks and breakfast. We spent more time than I would have expected in the common room and met lovely people traveling from around the world.
