Great location, friendly staff, but we weren't too happy with a few aspects of the rooms: the lights as well as the ventilation (windows cannot be opened) are operated via a touchscreen which does not allow you to adapt either to your needs. Little privacy with bathroom door. The rooms are not really designed for neuro typical people.

This one is a big meh, every sound comes out from the bathroom, even neighbors. The smart system for the rooms are everything but smart, its not possible to partly turn on lights if you need to go to the bathroom at night. the AC is loud and not even close to the right temperature. The display at the bed keeps lightning up during the night so was woken up over ande over. Large dark spots on the carpet and no attention to detail.

Hotel offering excellent value for money and very well located, close to public transport and within walking distance of the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, perfectly suitable for one person. Good breakfast and very attentive and friendly staff. Thank you for this pleasant stay.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Premier Hub in Haymarket. After a few teething issues when I arrived outwith anyone's control. Staff members Jordan and Stefania were indeed extremely helpful in finding me, a nice clean on suite room at short notice. I found all the facilities to be well maintained and clean and the wider access accessibility entery. All in all it made my stay in Edinburgh all the more enjoyable. The aforementioned staff are a credit to the Premier Hub organisation

Great experience, I got everything I would expect from a hub. Main thing for me is that it was quite. The room was clean and modern, the bedding fresh. The shower was also clean, no mold and the water pressure was just right. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Continental breakfast only but with good variety to choose from. They offer the baggage storage before the check-in and after the check-out, which is very helpful. The door to the rooms is locked and the lift can only be used with a key card. As a solo traveller I felt safe and welcomed.

Decent sized rooms for the money, very clean, nice lighting set up, easy check in. No fuss no hassle. A great addition to Premier Inn. Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room but there was free coffee and tea at the lobby. Would come back on a budget trip for sure.

Great stay at this location, within walking distance to nearly everything we wanted to do in Edinburgh, the staff was also very accommodating and friendly. The room itself was very neat and good for the price we paid. The only thing I'm not happy about was that it wasn't clear when booking that it is a STRICTLY 2 people per room in the establishment. We were travelling with a baby (1.5 years) and wasn't told anywhere while I was booking that it includes her (0-2 years, option cot but we don't use cots) and when we arrived were told that they could've cancelled our stay (although they didn't thankfully), there should be a warning regarding this before booking and not just a policy posted on the reception desk.

Excellent value for money. We couldn’t believe how great this hotel was for the money. It’s very central, spotlessly clean and incredibly modern. Great free WiFi. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. Big flat screen TV. Lovely bathroom. I honestly couldn’t find fault with it. The best bit for us was that rather than have little sachets of instant coffee in the room, there is a free bean to cup coffee machine in the restaurant that you just help yourself to. Freshly ground coffee and all the choices of cappuccino, espresso etc. Outstanding. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Edinburgh. Staff were really friendly too.

Space age room - not massive but very well designed. Touch panel on bed controls lights, air con & even do not disturb/do not clean signs on outside of room. Shower is fab, usual shower gel dispenser & hand wash (smells fab tho). Several power points. May be a little tight for two with a weeks stay?

Loved staying at n this hotel. The rooms are great have everything you need. Good accessibility in the disabled room. I think I actually prefer the rooms to the standard premier inn. The beds are so comfy. Extensive range of hot drinks available in the hotel lobby. Reasonably priced bar and food options available. The staff absolutely make this hotel they are so friendly and welcoming. In particular Vanessa who was extremely helpful and friendly when I arrived and throughout my stay. Vanessa and the staff are a real asset to the hotel and are some of the best hotel staff I have ever experienced. They are what make this hotel so great!
