Novotel Edinburgh park located at a convenient place where you can access the tram easily. Retail park just opposite helps to source what you need in a pinch. KFC next door was great for a late night snack. more than all that, what we loved was that the Guests were well looked after by providing what’s promised. Breakfast was awesome. Please don’t change the full Scottish breakfast. That’s was great! Pool was awesome too. My daughter told me to book this hotel again if we are coming to Edinburgh just because of the pool. What you can improve would be to have more soap and shampoo in the pool area since they run out towards the end of the day.

The most important measure of a hotel is how well you sleep. We didn’t. The road noise was a constant throughout the night as was the banging fire door right outside our room. That is why rooms and location have been marked down. The room itself was fairly comfortable and practical. Location next to the tram station was ideal. The swimming pool was a real bonus and the staff were excellent. But, if you get a bad nights sleep, it’s a no from us.

This is the second time I have stayed here. This visit however, was nicer. I was met with very friendly staff as always upon checking in. We were then told that we had been selected for a free upgrade to a suite and was given free parking as well as a welcome drink each and some lovely shortbread for our room. This was such a lovely surprise and made our trip even more special. The hotel is always lovely and clean, not to mention very handy for the tram. I will most definitely come back here. The staff are an asset to the place. You are made to feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Novotel Edinburgh Park was excellent! The pool is perfect for swimming with a baby or toddler, making it a great family-friendly choice. The rooms were clean, quiet, and spacious enough to accommodate a cot (which the hotel can provide). Miguel at reception was exceptional—friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is also very convenient, with a tram station and a shopping center within easy walking distance if you need anything during your stay. Highly recommended!

Although only attending for a meeting I thought the overall ambience of the hotel was really pleasant. The desk staff seemed polite and attentive. It's in a great location for arrivals by road. There's a shopping park next to the hotel and travel to Central Edinburgh or Gyle Offices is easy via tram. There's also a fast train connection to town but not so frequent at the trams. So all things considered, at the right price this could be a great choice for a short stay.

I recently had the pleasure of living at Novotel Edinburgh Park, and I must say that my experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The hotel itself is beautiful, with tastefully decorated rooms that are both comfortable and luxurious. I couldn't have been more pleased with the amenities and attention to detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft and clean. The bathroom was spacious and modern, with a beautiful shower and plenty of towels and toiletries. The hotel also has some great amenities that I took advantage of during my stay. The fitness center was well-equipped and offered a variety of machines. The water in the pool is always very warm. The restaurant was excellent, with a delicious breakfast buffet and a dinner menu that featured locally sourced ingredients. But what really sets this hotel apart is the service. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. It's clear that the hotel values its guests and takes pride in providing excellent service. Overall, I highly recommend Novotel Edinburgh Park to anyone looking for comfortable, luxurious, and welcoming place to stay. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning in the future.

We were so pleased with this hotel! During our booking, we asked for a quiet room which was accommodated and for which we are very grateful! The room and bathroom were in a very high standard, we felt really good here. Always helpful and smiling staff made our stay very pleasant. On the last day we tried the hotel restaurant and my goodness… It was amazing! absolutely phenomenal food. Thank you for a great stay and I can't imagine not coming back here again

The rooms are cosy and modern, very clean. The staff is helpful, kind and friendly. There is a great variety of foods at breakfast. The restaurant is good though a bit pricey. The spa facility is a bit too small, the water was quite cold and the damp cabin wasn't working - which was a shame.

Cannot fault this hotel. 15 min cab journey to centre of Edinburgh. Great size, clean & modern rooms. Pool & gym are lovely. Staff are fab, helpful & polite. Managed to check in early at 12:30 too which was a bonus! (Usual time 15:00). Check out was 12pm which was fantastic! Breakfast selection & quality was amazing. Only downside was that my room was above the restaurant so the bin area was outside my window. Quite loud & emptying bottles into a bottle at 10/11pm which wasn’t great when we had an early start. Can hear the trains too but nothing the hotel can help and not constant. Overall would definitely stay again but request a room the other side of the hotel away from the bins etc.

Overall a nice hotel and decent location. It is only a short walk from the tram station which takes you into Edinburgh pretty quickly or just a few stops away from Edinburgh Airport. The staff were friendly, clean throughout and nice pool in the basement level. One negative is they charge you £10 a night for parking your car. For the price of the room I thought tgis was a bit much. It wouldn't put me completely off from using the hotel again.
