   The rooms are perfect. Large and complete and perfectly clean and modern. The rooms come without breakfast and there is a self service for check-in so not much service to rate. The location is about halfway between the airport and city, right at a bus stop from which you van het to the center in about 30 minutes. Not much to do or eat in the immediate vicinity though

   We needed a last night hotel near the airport to catch an early flight out of Edinburgh. This B&B was cheaper than anything we could find that was comparable. It had four beds (we needed three) and a nice bathroom. We were greeted shortly after we arrived and made to feel welcome. Although our stay was brief, we were able to walk to dinner at a nearby restaurant and our private off road parking sealed the deal.

   Great place for our stopover cycling the John Muir Way. Owners were really nice and helpful. Gave us a secure place to store our bikes. Great location for food and room was so comfy, warm and clean. Gave us a great night's sleep which was well needed. Highly recommended.

   Very nice place to stay, the bungalow is in pristine condition and the lady in charge is very friendly and professional. We had to reschedule our stay 3 times because of covid and Michelle was very understanding. Good choice of breakfast, comfy bed and bus stop right outside taking you into the heart of Edinburgh. It's on a busy road but there is no road noise in the rooms.We will definitely stay again.

   After needing an emergency place to stay this really was an amazing find. We're a family of 5 and nothing was to much trouble from a great size room, very clean and modern to a fantastic Scottish breakfast. We would highly recommend as it's easy to get everywhere with buses outside and safe to park your car. If your in need of a b&b this is the place to stay!

   We stayed here as a group of 15 adults celebrating NYE at Edinburgh Hogmanay street party. Transport into the city was great with bus journey costing just £1.70 each. Michelle was the perfect host and really went out of her way to make our stay perfect. The rooms were spotlessly clean and recently refurbished to a very modern spec. We can’t wait to return and can’t recommend it enough.
