   We stayed at Radisson Blu for 3 nights, one of which we didn't book initially - decided to extend our stay. We were not sure the same room would be available, but luckily for us it was. Hotel was very clear with all communication about how to extend our stay, staff were really accommodating and helpful. Breakfast could have had more choice, but saying that, out daughter enjoyed pancake machine a lot! Facilities might need a little bit of an update, but it didn't really bother us, our room was clean and good sized. Location is spot on! Thank you, Radisson Blu for your hospitality.

   We stayed at Radisson Blu on the Royal Mile and loved it. Perfect central location — everything is just a short walk away. The hotel is well run, the team at reception is quick and professional, and the room was spacious, quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and the service across the hotel felt confident and genuinely guest-focused. The mix of historic atmosphere and modern comfort really works here. A great stay and strong value for money. We’ll gladly return — highly recommended.

   We recently held an event at this hotel. It was the most expensive option in Edinburgh based on all venues we explored however we were happy to pay this as we want the best for our guests. All seemed fine prior to the event. The venue was beautiful however the service was lacking. We didn’t have anyone check with us in the morning that everything was ok for the event. Fortunately we took a few people from our team to assist our guests as they were certainly not looked after by Radisson Blu. There was a Christmas tree in the room and we were getting filming done so didn’t want to date the marketing videos with a Christmas tree. We had asked for it to be removed the night before but it remained. We looked for people but couldn’t find anyone. Our guests were arriving and the videographer was starting so we moved the tree outside the room. Carefully and the tree was as it was. Mid way through the day my ops manager was ushered from the event to a private room whilst the events manager was rude and told her that we had broken the Christmas tree and would need to replace it. I don’t believe we caused any damage to the tree. She was not apologising about the lack of service but taking someone mid event and killing the vibe as then they were worrying about it for the rest of the day. Shocking way to treat a client! Our food was late for one of the breaks. No water was provided and only brought in after a break which interrupted filming. There was not enough cups for our guests coffee so they were wandering around looking for staff to help. It felt like we were managing them when all of the timings had been agreed beforehand The positives were that the room was great and the food was good quality so we had a great day despite the service shortcomings. Had we not been as proactive it could have went wrong. Could be great with some training on service but I can’t forgive the dampener that was put on our day with accusations mid event whilst the service was well below expectations

   Lovely hotel. Breakfast is really good, plenty of choice. Staff were all welcoming and friendly. Car park attached is great as you get it reduced so this helped as we wanted to spend the full day we checked out exploring so didn't need to worry about the car.

   We've often seen a show here for the Fringe but not prepared to pay over the odds for a room. However, we did have a meal here this week which was excellent. It's a small, relaxed bar area. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Prices surprisingly reasonable too, especially during the Fringe. Will definitely return for a meal on our next visit

   Hotel itself is nice. Clean room and nice spa facilities. However, I found hair in my breakfast! Staff wasn't apologetic in anyway and instead just stated that the breakfast is on them. I wasn't keen on hairy breakfast whether it was free or not! In short, I would stay again, but I would eat elsewhere. The hotel location is great so there's plenty other places around to have food

   We were there for a dance event. The staff were warm and friendly, as well as helpful. The rooms were immaculate, and the location couldn't have been better. Our room was clean and comfortable.

   An amazing place! Room had a great view and right on the Royal Mile made getting to shows a breeze. They even had shows in the hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful. Considering how busy it was we didn't have to wait for anything.

   Thus hotel is in a great location and has excellent, professional and courteous staff. We were upgraded to a fantastic, spacious room with a corner suite and a massively comfortable bed. The staff from check in,(can't remember the female's name), Callan, Natasha and Roy on Concierge duty are a credit to the hotel. Massive thanks to Joe at breakfast and to John for a great time. Well worth a visit whenever in Edinburgh

   By far our best stay during our 11 day vacation, we stayed 3 nights here. All team members were on top of their game. One shout out to the hostess at breakfast - she stood out from everything. Room, food, and breakfast selection were perfect.
