I’ve made a reservation for 4 people (2 elderly + 1 adult and 1 pre-schooler). When we arrived there the receptionist was unfriendly and she also told me that I had to make 2 beds (pull out the sofa bed, make up linens, etc). The room appeared cleaned but once my daughter took her shoes off to play on the floor her socks were completely dirty. As we had already set up the beds we decided to use wipes on the room floor and go for a walk. The room has no phone to talk with the reception. The shower was horrible, the hair dryer was faulty - you had to use it in only one position because of a faulty cable, the dishwasher didn’t work. They just “clean” the room once a week. The breakfast wasn’t good. The eggs were dry, the baked beans weren’t good quality, there was no nutella. The breakfast staff were rude and unfriendly. The only positive is the location. You’re able to do everything on foot. Accor should remove the 4* in their adds as it’s not a 4* hotel. It’s just a long stay accommodation. As we were just going to stay for 2 nights and had plenty to do in the city we stayed there. Definitely not worth the money you pay. Avoid!!

I stayed at Adagio Aparthotel for three nights and had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful, both at check-in/check-out and whenever I had questions. The location is unbeatable – walking distance from the train station and from the airport bus stop, which made everything very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spotless bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. Everything felt organized and practical, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a welcoming team, this is an excellent choice.

We loved our stay at the Adagio! We stayed for 5 nights. The location is in a quieter part of the Royal Mile area and close to lots of great restaurants and shops. It is also very close to Waverly Station. The room was clean and well appointed. We used the kitchenette to heat up leftovers from restaurants and to make coffee and tea. The staff was very accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed for three nights in a twin room with kitchen facilities. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had all we needed. We were very centrally located for exploring many parts of the city by foot and although the apartment overlooked the Royal Mile, it was fairly quiet at night. Staff at check in and when we needed help with the air conditioning were friendly and helpful. Only issue was, arriving at 3pm, and tired from our journey, we had to wait a while to check in, but I appreciate this was probably a busy time of day. Overall, we'd definitely recommend this Aparthotel and we'd happily stay there again.

We had a thoroughly comfortable stay at this property. The room had plenty of space for the 3 of us, and the location was just perfect - near to everything. The sturdy bed offered a good rest every night.

It's an interesting space. Mixture of apartments and hotel as the name suggests. The rooms are in excellent condition and very modern. I found some of the staff unhelpful but overall I would probably go back.

Stayed for two nights with our dog, in December 22. Overall, a great location, clean rooms, spacious study and a very comfortable bed. Would recommend this to anyone, who wants a dog friendly place, in the centre of town.

I can't talk about the cost because it has been funded by my company, but for sure I can talk about the quality, since I stayed here for 1 month. Overall a great experience. In my opinion, the strength of the Adagio is the interior design, very modern, attention to detail. I have been both in the smallest room and in the suite, but both of them are very functional, have everything you need: fridge, refrigerator, microwave, electric plates, dishwasher, big-size HD television, very good shower. The washing machine is shared (3 pounds). Although it's very near to Royal Mile, it is very silent thanks to the double-glaze window. The stuff is friendly and nice, especially the energetic young guy that has welcomed me. If you choose to have breakfast included, you will have English food as eggs, bacon, beans, toasts but also international food like cereals, Nutella, honey, croissants, yogurt. One defect, the smaller room is not an "apartment", but a simple hotel room with the kitchen, and for someone it may be a little small (not for me).
