   The location is great but thats basically all the good I can say about this accomodation. Wifi didn’t work, our rooms floor carpeting was moist and a spider also made an appereance. Wouldn’t recommend it.

   Just another place in Edinburgh absolutely phoning it in. Clearly replaced some perfectly good block of flats or something with a soulless, dysfunctional accommodation plot to take advantage of tourists that lack any sort of reasonably priced option. The security isn’t great - two identical security codes to get through the gate and into the building (the 2nd door didnt even need a code). The wifi and signal in the basement rooms don’t work. Only good thing is the location. Stick to the Premier Inns in town.

   Stayed here for a night. The room was clean and good with all necessary supplies. Problems The door passcode was changed and we were not informed. Had to ring up the owner to get access - was responsive enough The heater was switched on the whole night with no control in the room. It was pretty hot even with the windows open and was a hassle. Had to ring up and ask them to switch it off and it was still not done.

   Stayed here while travelling for business in Edinburgh For me, everything was perfectly adequate. Single person in a small boutique sized room. The access codes are easily managed, and the space was very quiet for good quality rest

   Beautiful rooms! Very reasonably priced. Great decor. Very clean. Plenty of teas and coffees. Fridge with water. Great location! Loads of space. It's more like a suite so separate rooms. Few issues - too hot! Need to he able to turn the heating off. Although fans are provided. TV - difficult to figure out. I couldn't use Netflix as I needed a pin. Possible could of been sorted with a call or message. Room 7. Mirrors but no sockets near by. Bit of a pain for those who want to blow dry/straighten hair.

   Good value for money option in an excellent location in Edinburgh. I’ll never be a big fan of the chipboard design work (?) but hey - we wanted a room for a couple of nights without breaking the bank and we got it. We had no problem, booking or accessing. We slept well, comfortable and quiet. We had a minor technical hitch with the TV and it was responded to and dealt with brilliantly. Step out and you have good/excellent food and drink options in every direction and it’s a short and pleasant walk into the centre and old town. Better still it’s downhill on the way back after a tough night tasting beautiful whisky. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

   On the walk is surprisingly quiet for being off a busy road. I couldn’t hear any noise except the odd siren. It was clean and had big rooms with all the basics you need including a mini fridge, TV and en-suite. Within easy walking distance of Princes street and Edinburgh Waverley which is useful.

   The room was very big, 4 single beds, big bathroom and it's all step free access. Very modern and loved the virtual keys access. It was not very clean though: rubbish in between 2 of the 4 beds, mouldy shower curtain, dead bugs on the floor (flies, a bee), makeup stains on towels. I asked for the rubbish to be cleaned: they replied that they would send someone to clean, none came. It's fair for a short stay but wouldn't recommend staying for more than 2/3 days.

   Great location for exploring the city with lots of restaurants, shops and bars on the walk. Accessing the building and room with the virtual key was very straightforward. The room was modern, quite basic but quirky with everything you could really need. My only criticism would be there were no plug sockets near any mirrors so getting ready or drying my hair was a bit awkward. Would definitely stay again.
