   We celebrated our 10th year Anniversary at The Inn at Charleston. Exceptional hospitality and warm service from Diane & Jimmy I would say. We had a wonderful stay and we want to give special recognition to Diane and Jimmy, who took such good care of us throughout our visit. They were incredibly attentive, helpful, friendly, and approachable, especially during the buffet breakfast service. Their warm hospitality truly made our mornings enjoyable. The hotel itself is great, the pod rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very convenient, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Thank you to Diane, Jimmy, and the entire team for making our experience so pleasant. We would happily stay here again!

   In August we held a family event in the ceremony room at the Inn at Charleston and I can’t praise them high enough. Kevin was so helpful from the start and nothing was too much trouble. He made sure everything was perfect on the day, the food was fantastic, and we received so many positive comments from our guests. This is a lovely venue and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

   Rooms are ok, quite small, had balcony which is small too. 2 single beds makes your double. We went for breakfast at 8.45 and there was practically nothing left ! Asked if were being topped up as it's buffet breakfast, still waiting 10 mins later. So we halved the 2 bits of bacon and 2 eggs that were there. No sausage. Beans and slice of toast. Pretty disappointing really. Wedding was great tho, and staff were all well mannered and attentive.

   Perfect location. Comfy bed, an amazing shower. Very good breakfast. Friendly service. Jim the night porter very caring and helpful. When we arrived heating was not in working in our room, he tried his best to rectify the heating issue, couldn't so brought us a small heater to warm the room. A true gentleman

   Lovely overnight stay in a sea view room. Views breathtaking. From check in to check out our needs were tended too. The management and staff are very attentive and take time to care for their customers. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Lots of lovely walk nearby. Highly recommended and the best breakfast we’ve ever had in a hotel

   My partner and I recently got married at the hotel and our wedding was absolutely fantastic! More than we could have wished for. Kevin, Tina and the team at The Inn At Charlestown was such a class A team, they really helped in making everything run smoothly and were so accommodating with any of our needs! Couldn't have asked for a better team to help make our wedding day so incredibly special. All our guests were really impressed with the venue, overnight stay and the food! Highly recommend The Inn At Charlestown for any special event, can't rave about the staff and the venue enough!!!

   A huge thanks to Tina and her team for a welcoming stay. The location is perfect, stunning tranquil views and close enough to Edinburgh/Stirling etc to not be too remote. The rooms were modern, well presented and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was lovely and all the staff were extremely attentive. Highly recommend anyone considering this stunning hotel just to go ahead and book.

   Hotel is in a beautiful setting, looking out over the firth of Forth. Plenty of parking on site. Check in was friendly and quick...we were then shown to our family room. The room was decorated nicely, there was plenty of space in the bedroom, the bathroom was very spacious and gleaming. We had a lovely view from our room over the village green. We had a very nice evening meal in the restaurant....food was amazing and the service was efficient and friendly. After a peaceful night in comfortable beds we enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast. The setting, the staff, the room, the evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Over breakfast we were making plans to return to this hotel in the near future.
