   I was looking for a new home in Edinburg. I have arranged a viewing with the letting agent. First, the letting agent came late which did not leave a great first impression. Second, the letting agent was arrogant, because the property was not suitable for me. Third, the letting agent 'nicely' kicked out from the property. I was suggested to check more properties on their website, however, after this unpleasant experience, I decided to rent a flat with a different letting agency.

   Advertised a nice room and paid a fortune of nearly £40. Haven't received even one reply, while multiple replies from websites like Gumtreee or SpareeRoom, that are free (!). Waste of money, waste of time. No traffic. Never use again. Avoid
