   I have had my flat to let with them for 8 weeks, there is no progress whatsoever, and the company was complaining about me. The ceiling of my flat had leaking stains, the company did not even notice after many so called visits. I even wonder whether they made up the story that there were viewings going on. They are very hard to get hold of. The account manager does not work on a Monday or a Friday. I have wasted more than 2 months with them. I regret hiring them to let my flat. They found potential tenants and claimed that they passed the credit check, then came back to me saying that the credit check result needs to be reverted. So unprofessional and time wasting. I cannot tree this enough!!! And they charged cleaning fees with no evidence that it was carried out!!!

   Swift letting have been absolutely amazing. We got for our beautiful new home, and every step of the way they were so helpful, kind, and friendly. I struggle with anxiety but they always took my questions and answered it in the most informative way which really put my mind at ease. Id also really like to personally thank David, he showed us around our new property and he was such a amazing introduction to the process and to swift letting, he really took the time to get to know us as a couple and show us around the property. The property itself is so beautiful and well presented. It’s going to make a great first home for us and you can’t even imagine how excited we are! Their process for applying is super easy too, I had never applied for a property through a letting company before but even I found it easy and straight forward. Id recommended them to anyone. :)
