I had a very poor experience with Ian Wells back in 2021, I found them very rude and wouldn't use them again. Edit: I've seen the response to this, so I will elaborate a little as ELP-AM are not accepting responsibility and are going as far as to contest my claims. I felt Ian attempted to strongarm me into doing things quickly but I can't be certain of why things went the way they did. The only rationale I can think of why this became an issue is that I had depression at the time, so I may have been difficult for him to work with? Ian stopped his services at one point and claimed I had asked him to stop? He only re-instated the services when I apologised to him and I accepted responsibility for something I didn't do. ELP did not follow up with me when I raised a complaint in 2021.
