Very disappointing experience not worth the price I’m writing this review to highlight three major issues we experienced during our stay. Firstly: Car parking When browsing serviced apartments on booking platforms, one of the most attractive features is the availability of on site parking. However, be extremely careful here. After completing the booking and contacting the property directly, we were informed that parking is very limited and unavailable. This did not happen only to us when checking out, I personally spoke to several other guests who faced exactly the same issue. This is a recurring problem, so please make sure to confirm this properly before making any payment. Secondly: Sound insulation and privacy For the price paid, you would expect a reasonable level of privacy and sound insulation. Unfortunately, this was not the case at all. Footsteps from the apartment above sounded as if they were inside our own flat. Conversations from neighbouring apartments, including those directly opposite, were clearly audible. Privacy is extremely poor. Thirdly: Apartments overlooking the car park Avoid apartments overlooking the car park at all costs. There is frequent noise from residents of nearby buildings facing the car park, with disturbances continuing late into the night and even until early morning hours. In conclusion If you can find an alternative place to stay, I strongly recommend doing so. These apartments are significantly overpriced for the level of comfort and service provided. On top of that, the attitude and service from reception and other staff were extremely poor and unprofessional. Overall, this accommodation does not justify the high cost in any way.

Our stay at Premier Suites Edinburgh Fountain Court was generally good, the apartment was comfortable and the location was convenient. However, one thing that really bothered us was the parking situation. We had to park our car far away from our building, as the designated car park area was located a good distance from our block. It was quite annoying, especially when carrying luggage. Overall still a decent stay, but the parking setup definitely needs improvement.

Overall enjoyed my stay here. It was a good value and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. Here are my issues: - It was not clear how to request housekeeping. The phone in our room didn’t work and the front desk was in a separate building a block away. We had to walk there to request more towels and toilet paper. - Noticed black mold in the shower. In addition, the shower did not have a lip to keep water from going all over the bathroom floor which was frustrating. In spite of those things would probably stay here again if I come back to Edinburgh

We stayed here for two weeks recently and had a great experience. The location is walkable to the train station and the shops and there are grocery stores nearby. The rooms are clean, well stocked and comfortable . The front desk staff, especially Katherine, are friendly and helpful. This location is approximately 30 min from the airport and a taxi is approximately 35 pound fare. Would definitely stay here again

Stayed 2 nights, family of 3. Given a 2 bedroom apartment about 5 mins down the street. Fairly new apartment, well equipped and very clean. Convenient location - walkable to bus stops. Not many shops an restaurants nearby though. The lady at the reception could have been more cheerful and welcoming.
