Been to this store a few times and was happy to keep coming back but was served by someone else today who was unhelpful, and just an unpleasant vibe like I was causing him an inconvenience by being there. I'm local so it's a shame really, not hard to be nice - won't be back.
The customer service is amazing in this store, you always feel welcome and leave with a smile on your face! Stu is always helpful and advises correctly when you’re unsure. I will continue to shop in here for vape related things as the atmosphere is great.
Good assistance from staff member. I had issues changing coil in my new nautilus 3 tank. Assistant showed me how it's done.
Went there to buy a vape to give up cigarettes, guy wasn’t friendly at all,asked me a few questions which I couldn’t answer because I’m new to this, finally paid over £70 bought one plus 5 coils, expensive vape worked 4 weeks and that’s it , replaced coil no joy,bad experience, I bought another online which is great no problem whatsoever
Went in yesterday to buy vape juice been a loyal customer to vpz for years first time I’d went into the branch in shawlands and the guy behind the counter looked at me as if I shouldn’t be in for vape products customer service was shocking
