Employee used cursing words unnecessary. Very rude no wonder why the rating is only 2

I went here to buy a bottle of water at 2 o'clock in the morning. It was raining and I was waiting for the Glasgow Central to open. They did not accept card payment for under 2£‎, so I had to pay with cash. As I was leaving, I asked the seller whether I could stay there for a few minutes that he refused immediately. The other salesman seemed quite unhappy as I spent one minute picking my stuff in the store. Both men were rude and unfriendly.

Went in earlier today and asked if they sold fast chargers. I was told they did, and asked wether I needed one suitable for apple, micro USB or USB-C. So I gave the appropriate answer, and asked if they also had a USB-C cable. Upon asking for this, the friendly chap behind the counter then offered me a plug+USB-C cable as it was cheaper than buying them separately. I obviously accepted this, made the purchase for £10.99 and left. Plugged my phone in, switched off, and it gained 11% of charge in 20 minutes. I don't call that fast charging. Rather, faulty or not fit for purpose. I returned to the shop around 2 hours after purchasing the charger, to be told "that's just a normal charger" despite it clearly having the words "Fast charger" on the box, that I wouldn't get a fast charger anywhere as there's no such thing(!) And they weren't taking it back because I'd used it. It was a different person behind the counter at that point, I'd like to add. Upon hearing such nonsense, I headed over to Central Station and into a trusted well known retailer and purchased both a fast charging plug and a Hi-Speed USB-C cable. Funny that given such a thing doesn't exist... I will be taking this case further.

Since the covid lockdown this shop has been price gouging, since they started selling ejuice I would buy 50ml short fills & a few smok coils, then once lock down started every week I've went in they been adding 50p a week on coils & now they want £5-5.50 a coil. Now their the one guy who knows me that only charges me £4 & I don't mind paying the extra 50p bit the other staff & the lady are very rude so I've stopped buying from their as their 2 real vape shops within 300 meters, one under central bridge that open now & one just down the street vape caterpillar where you get better prices & while the guy can be a bit rude as he really busy he won't rip you off. So you have lost my £50 a week of sales over the price of a coil. If you wanna make it right reply to me here & I can explain what happened. Your local guide

Visited the shop for a second time and found the staff, Ali, to be knowledgeable, helpful and ended up with a good deal on a bulk purchase. Defo use this shop again and the juice is spot on! Winner, winner!

Popped in before I got my train home from Glasgow the other day and the shop keepers service was on top form. He had a good conversation with me to understand what I wanted and then was able to recommend something appropriate which I am very happy with. Not in Glasgow so much any more but will definitely plan to pop in again when I am. Thanks!
