   Seats were comfortable. Tickets were expensive without discount One BIG issue was that we were watching a film in Screen 8 next door to the IMAX. The bass from the IMAX leaked into screen 8 and made it difficult to hear our film. ODEON needs to work on their sound proofing or show films in other screens than screen 8 whilst the IMAX is also on.

   The seats are too close together even the premium seats if you're a larger person your knees will touch the back of the person in front of you and considering movie tickets now across 32 pounds i think I could have spaced the seats a lot better popcorn was good and the pick and mix sweets was good.... Note only self-service tickets

   Friendly and helpful staff. The cinema was clean and comfy with plenty of loos. Food and drinks service could be better organised as it was a little slow. Some staff seemed busy while others less so. Provision of some form of tray would have been helpful too. Overall good value for money.

   Rip off, went in on monday evening cheapest seat was £16. Local cinema Kino Glenrothes only£4.99 all day Monday. Can't believe this place is still open at this price. It should not cost more than a takeaway meal. £8 to £10. My opinion only.

   My friends and I were kicked out of the cinema even though we hadn’t done anything wrong. We had gone to the toilets together and, when we came back, we stood outside the door of the movie we had paid for because we couldn’t stop laughing and didn’t want to disturb anyone inside. However, a staff member accused us of trying to sneak into another movie and told us to leave. We had valid tickets for our film, and we were only standing outside for a short time to avoid interrupting others. I feel this was unfair overall this is shocking and they are refusing to refund

   Picture and sound quality were on point. Over priced food is to be expected for a cinema. I found the kids snack packs reasonably priced for the kids. This cinema has a Costa coffee in it. Plenty of places close by to grab some food before and after the film. Keep an eye out for getting the tickets online. Sometimes you will get a cheaper deal.

   I don't normally leave negative reviews so I'm being generous with 2 stars as it is at least a cinema and they showed a movie. I won't drag it out. Service is shocking with a stupid system in place and the seats are the worst cinema seats I've ever sat in. Spend half the money and sit in comfort with better sound and a bigger screen. Go to Vue!

   Been here once since moving to Dunfermline two years ago. Main reason for not going back and going to cinemas further afield. The seats. I've never sat in such an uncomfortable seat in a cinema. It ruined the whole experience.

   Clean cinema and good seating. We were in screen 4 and I think there were some patches that were a bit dusty as you could see blobs on the screen and when it was dark you could still see them. Main complaint would be price. Without a discount 2 tickets to see avatar in 3D would have been £40 which is a bit mad considering there were only 15 or so people in. It wasn't a busy screening. Also the price of snacks has predictably gone up, there are deals but you save like 50p on buying them separately. Of course large popcorn is massive though! Certainly not a cheap night out so be aware!

   Picture and sound wise fitted the bill, paid extra for a premium seat which basically gives you a cup holder and a tad more leg room. 2 adult and 1 child, with hot snacks was just over £60 not a cheap day. Next time ill half the price and will have lunch before we go and take our own reats
