Bought a house from places for people at The Green. If you see them as builder / factor (they are both but use different names for each part of the business) on a property then look elsewhere. Sold the property almost 5 months ago and still suffering the misery if dealing with the factors.
Went to visit someone who's just moved in, house was spacious, lovely on suite bathroom/shower lot of glass in lounge/kitchen area all in all modern but quickly built to meet demand housing. My major beef is road system as because of design, while pretty and modern, leaves you wondering where to park or not park and more important where road goes. Once you've been in a few times you'll get the hang of it but to me needs attention to complete a modern housing plan.
