Burgh Property attended all viewings on my behalf, they kept me up to date with all viewing feedback and notes of interest which resulted in a closing date and a successful sale.    This company is excellent from a tenant perspective. We had our whole process wrapped up within 1 week. They even handled everything from council tax to our broadband themselves. Communication is perfect and proactively made repairs without us prompting. They replaced the sink for the most minor damage which didn’t bother us. Excellent team. Thank you

   We rented through Burgh Property and the experience was great from start to finish. John, our property, manager got back to us promptly if we needed anything. Any minor repairs in the house (one of the radiators wasn't working) were fixed quickly and all paperwork and deposits were dealt with quickly. We would recommend renting with Burgh Property.

   I've rented a property via Burgh for the last 2 years, 8 months. Any issues - from local residents' association fees needing paid, to a leaky velux following a torrential thunderstorm - they have been responsive throughout. But I've been particularly impressed and also thankful for the way in which they've dealt with me in the past few months - John Rutherford most especially - through a difficult time of being notified that the owner of my property wanted to move back in, and therefore I was being served notice. John notified me via phone rather than drop me an email. They then gave me a heads up before the official court documentation landed, actively sought to notify me of other suitable properties and have generally made the stressful process of moving home much less so. Professional and caring is a fabulous combination. Would recommend to any future tenants and landlords.

   Wonderful property managers. I lived in a flat managed by Burgh Property from 2015 to 2021 and they were an absolute delight. There was always a lovely personal touch to the way that they interacted with me, which I hadn't received from any of the bigger, more well-known property managers in Edinburgh city throughout the 15 years I was renting properties there. The vacating process was incredibly easy too, they even offer a cleaning service, which was such a weight off my shoulders when trying to deal with all the other stresses of moving. I really enjoyed my time with Burgh Property and the only reason I left the flat was because I'd bought a house.

   Burgh properties stands out as a great letting agency even though several items needed replacing by the maintenance team. In each instance the matter was handled professionally and quickly, something that I wish was common place among other letting agencies. The documentation for inventory and prior damages is well handled, clear and representative of current conditions. The team have been accommodating and reasonable regarding changes proposed being both honest and straightforward. Had I a property to let Burgh properties would be the letting agency I would choose as the manner in which they treated me is how I would expect a person to be treated.

   Burgh offer a comprehensive management service taking all the hard work away from me. I transferred over to Burgh with my 3 flats. They are very efficient, professional, great communicators and nothing is too small a problem. During the Coronavirus, they have taken full responsibility of the rules and regulations and kept me up to date with any issues arising, including one of my tenant’s difficulty’s to pay on time. This potentially difficult issue was resolved professionally and swiftly. I have never regretted moving to Burgh Properties. They are truly an amazing team who are extremely friendly and supportive. They always respond quickly and professionally when you need them in what can be a very stressful situation.
