Absolutely disgraceful. Had 2 kids with me okay shopping bags and the women at the till refused to help me put the clothes on the bears. Have been number of times and they have always helped. Horrible customer service. Will not be back
My sister and I came in today and we were assisted by Rinn and Pam. Both were absolutely lovely! They were great at making my sister feel involved in the making process. The outfit and accessory selection was good too - everything from passports to wheelchairs, to rollerskates and ugg boots. Many thanks to them both!
What can I say the staff are amazing, took granddaughter and the experience was so good,highly recommended
Very helpful staff my little girls first build a bear she loved it let her get involved she controled the peddle then cuddled the teddy's heart and had to rub the heart on hers then her cheek and kiss it before it got put in the teddy she loved every minute of this
Took our 3 Yr old here today. She really loved it. Staff are really friendly and interactive with our daughter. Made the occasion for our daughter special and memorable
Placed 2 orders online to be collected last week, money was taken, Ecard also used. Next morning both orders were cancelled at the same time by the store, no reason why, can not get a answer as to what happened or how I re uses the ecard. I wrote to the CEO no reply... but I did a review on here, and then they got in touch... answered my questions, gave us a £15 ecard and a £5 voucher... We returned to the shop today, the staff were very helpful, interacted well with my son, helped him pick names and processed the sale while interacted with us... The service today was very good, the only point i would add, ( the teddies bears bath is broken and can not be used... maybe time to get it fixed), but I do wonder if it was only because we gave a bad review before... But on todays performance, I would revisit again.
This is now a well establish store within the main shopping arcade. Plenty of room for me, and my wheelchair to navigate around the shop. In the main I found the staff to be friendly efficient and helpful. There is always a good selection character animals, and traditional ‘teddy bears’ I must admit that I have never heard a voice box that sounds good, but that component perhaps only costs a few pence from a factory thousands of miles away. However I think for the cost to us, the customer deserves a far far better product.
