Paid extra for late checkout. Only to be walked in on by housekeeping at 11.20 very annoyed that we were still in bed. Assured them we’d paid for late checkout. We had left do not disturb sign on door. We were trying to have uninterrupted adult time away from our teenagers! What a joke!! This hotel is going down the drain. Rooms are big and clean. The rest is a mess. The hallways smell of marijuana and vomit. The breakfast is always half empty and food quality is average at best. Tables and chairs are dirty.
Even when youa sk to have the room done, it is not done.
Getting to the hotel entrance is an ordeal. You need to go up the parking lot or through the half dead shopping mall.

Staff very friendly and helpful, especially reception. Went above and beyond to get us there and out to events we had planned. Rooms clean and spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was help yourself buffet.

Ok, so I chose this hotel as I’ve always had good experiences with Ramada. However, I wasn’t overly impressed with this one. It was for work so I had 3 nights stay and after a long drive I arrived to find the parking was not a simple process. After curling around the complex a couple of times I called reception who advised I just park in the “permit” bay and they will sort. If only those instructions were part of the booking confirmation. The room was lovely, just what you expect. Breakfast was very nice but evening meal was disappointing. Portion size was smaller than child’s portion, luckily this was on company expenses and not out of my pocket. The only member of staff to interact was the young girl clearing up at breakfast. Not a single smile or good morning from anyone else. And when I checked out I wasn’t asked if everything was ok with the stay, not a thank you and have a good day, simply nothing. I would only recommend this hotel if the location suits for business travel. Oh, and the reception in on floor 12. It’s a fight getting there when others are trying to get down to their rooms after breakfast.

Good value-for-money. Corridors smelled a bit of bad cologne (!) but my room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and nice hot shower. About all you can expect at this price. Breakfast not really worth the extra £10 - it's fine but not exceptional and there's a McDonald's two minutes down the road. Be warned that the standard car park is ludicrously low with a 1.8m height restriction - if you're in a pickup or even some SUVs you'll have to park in the coach parking area, which isn't the nicest spot in the dark.

Very dispappointed that our booking (and probably 100s more) has been cancelled due to Hotel taking on a contract till the end of the year. I have been offered a 30% discount for any booking in 2024 - my nephew gets married in 2023...... Not very welcoming for tourists.

Absolute joke of an operation!! I booked 13 rooms for a children's football team coming from Ireland next month April 2023. I booked the rooms in 2022. I called ahead to double check the rooms were all okay to go and was confirmed that all was good. I have received a message 4 weeks before the date to say all the rooms are cancelled. I will make sure to leave regular bad reviews going forward until someone can give me a reason for why the rooms have been cancelled. I now have to find new accommodation for 14 kids and 12 adults. Do not put your faith in this establishment they are truly not worth the money or the hassle. Jokers! I will copy and paste this review everyday until someone contacts me.

Booked a room 4 months ago for two nights and when we landed in Glasgow Airport I rang the ramada Hotel to say we were on the way and would be 20 minutes. The girl at the desk said her manager had cancelled are room as she was not able to contact us .and that she was sorry nice to start the week end .and they dident even try to sort out accommodations else where .
