We met Wes and his team at the DUC during a seminar back in late 2018, and instantly we knew from the clear, direct info given that these were the migration company to use. There were no suits and ties, and all very friendly and informal.
Jenny explained everything simple and clearly, so we knew from that first meeting that we really did have a chance of migrating to Australia and the reality of what was involved..
Soon after joining the DUC we received a box with all the relevant guidance needed to ensure we obtained the masses of paperwork and info required just to get to the EOI stage of the process. We can also say during this longwinded process, Wes, Jenny and the other DUC team were always there at the end of the phone or email with help and reassuring us.
We love the DUC's friendly, approachable nature, nothing is too much trouble and its all factual and clear. The DUC aren't just about taking your money and doing the bare minimum. Wes and Jenny have a genuine passion for making your dreams come true no matter what.
Payments are taken at different stages of the application and there's no chance of the application being rejected and losing money if its incorrect (unlike if you did it yourself).
The DUC also offer lots of relocation services including the Employment hub and Relocation hub, so you have access to lots of migration info including tips and advice in preparation for the move and when you arrive - we couldn't ask for any more from Wes and his team. Although its taken nearly 3 years for our visa to be granted due to Covid, Wes and the DUC team have supported us and kept us update through out.
We owe Wes and his team for turning our lifelong dreams into reality! Definitely deserve the 5 star review and can HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you!!
