We stayed there for one night. It was terribly dirty. The sheets was not clean. After that stay my son was infected by scabies and terrible rash appeared on his skin. After some months we are still struggling with this problem. My one year old son is infected badly as well. Also for me and my husband. We have spent lots of time and money on disinfection and bad thing is the skin marks that my children have now. All these problems occurred just for choosing this hotel for one night. It doesn’t worth at all and don’t suggest even to my enemy.

Really disappointing. Using words like run down in my opinion is not accurate, I would say it horrible. Receptionists who struggle to understand and work through ur requests...the lift gave me the absolute fear, all communal areas looked tired, the room was small, lots of faults in terms of decoration, peeling paintwork, bashed furntiure - looked like there has been no upgrades in decades. Bed was horrendous, hard and sounded like it would fall apart. Shutting the door in the bathroom what a challenge to say the least - rooms are cleaned well though. Breakfast was poor...not the best. Location is ok but there is better! I for one will not be back!!

Avoid at all costs Room has mould various parts of bedroom ceiling . blood on carpet, black limescale coming out taps in bath. Contacted travel lodge and offered free breakfast to make up for it !!!! After charging £181 for a night stay

Excellent location, nice and central to everything and an easy walk from the station. The hotel does look a little worn and could probably do with a bit of a revamp but the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included, not a huge offering but enough to keep us filled up!

As the name implies, it's pretty central (Although not the best area), the staff are friendly. However it's a pretty old Travelodge and I'd best describe it as "A little tired". The rooms are comfortable if a little cramped, the bathrooms are serviceable but lacking space to put toiletries etc. Base your decision on whether cost or comfort are of more importance to you.

Unfortunately our sheets were dirty I decided to replace them myself. The shower had beard hair before use (I'm telling myself its beard hair because if it wasn't I'll cry.) Lots of police around the area which I don't know if I find comforting or concerning. Iv been to this hotel a few times now but I'm questioning if I will return after my recent trip.

Comfortable, basic hotel in central location about 15 minutes' walk from main railway stations. Very good bed, good shower and clean. The carpet is very faded and looked grubby, though it was clean. Good value for the price I paid. Would happily stay in future, provided the price was reasonable.

I often use Travelodge as I know it will be clean, comfy, and with a desk. Exactly what I needed. Not yet given the Travelodge makeover (seems odd) but I'm not a follower of interior decoraation and would happily return tomorrow. Two minutes from Sauchiehall Street. Perfectly quiet. Very obliging, helpful, pleasant staff. I didn't try breakfast as I was on the move each morning.

We booked the room at a great price and it was a great location for us. We have stayed at many travelodges before so am aware of what to expect and normally it is fine. However unfortunately the room we were given did not come up to the usual standard. The carpet was dirty and stained and the bathroom could have done with a better clean. We didn't feel the need to complain as it was only somewhere to sleep for the night after a long drive, and we were leaving early the next morning.

Be careful as the non slip in the bathroom was worn making me slip and injury myself. Dirty carpet in the room, flies around the juice machine at breakfast. Such a shame because the staff in the hotel and lovely but customer services when you have a complaint are awful. ( online not in the hotel.) the location is great but that’s where it ends!!
