From the moment my husband and I went in to Hays Travel, we felt very at ease and our holiday was booked in no time. We had a beautiful hotel in a gated area. Couldn't have asked for better. Will be going back in soon and Highly recommend their advice and professionalism.
Had a rough idea where I wanted to go. Liam dealt with booking so professionally and pleasantly. All booked. Boarding passes done and currency. I would definitely recommend popping in here and get the professional advice and pleasant staff helping.
We booked an Indian holiday with them. One week doing the golden triangle and one week in Goa. A week before we were due to depart three of the hotels were changed . The excuse given was a big wedding at one and another was undergoing repairs.The first week was brilliant visiting Delhi, Agra and Jaipur but it was spoilt by the hotel in Goa. There was a hole in the ceiling and by the door. The restaurant was more like a cafe. The bar was grotty. You can see what I mean by the photos. When we got back I asked about compensation I asked about a refund for the holiday being spoiled by that hotel. We didn't even get an apology. Would I use them again? No I would rather go to the local butcher.
