   I contacted Trang last year as my husband was turning 40 this year and I wanted to book something special. My husband loves animals and so I advised Trang we were looking for a safari style holiday. Trang came back to me with three options which I was able to choose from and make amendments. Trang organised everything from the moment we were picked up from our home to the point we were dropped off. Every step of the holiday e.g. transfers, flights, day trips were all saved chronologically in an App which made everything easily accessible and was so reassuring. So impressed was I with Trang, I even booked my holiday for next year BEFORE going on this holiday. I just had so much confidence that she had everything covered. Her communication was above expectations as she always responded promptly (even at weekends and evenings) so I was never waiting long for an answer. I would highly recommend Trang for anyone looking to plan an upcoming/future holiday especially if you’re looking to book something special and you want to leave it to a professional who will do their research to organise the best ❤️
