   After booking holiday with another travel agency a few years ago that was not up to par we were reluctant to book through an agency again but couldn’t find the time or energy to look into flights and accommodation ourselves. We decided to go into Ramsay’s Kirkcaldy branch where we spoke to Amy and we could not have made a better decision! After explaining to her what we did not like about our previous trip she found us several options to choose from and explained the pros and cons to each hotel and area. Everything was laid out in detail so there was no confusion and we knew a lot more about our accommodation as well. We were also given options for extras like airport parking, travel insurance etc. Amy even took time to show us around the area we would be staying in on a map so we could see all the bars and restaurants nearby and had a rough idea of the layout of the area surrounding the hotel and how far we were from the beach. Would not hesitate to use Ramsay World Travel or Amy again! We had an absolutely fantastic holiday this time with accommodation that was clean and filled with wonderful staff in an area that was a great fit for us! Amy and Ramsay have restored our faith in travel agents :)

   Went to go book holiday at Kirkcaldy Fife branch. First holiday I’ve booked and very apprehensive about it, as I have not/ never done this before. Claire and Amy were great no issues to big or questions that couldn’t be answered. Claire brought me down to earth in a very good way as I had too many plans, couldn’t fault them both in anyways and appreciated the complete honesty from both of them. I will be back to them to book further holidays when the time comes and would highly recommend them to anyone that wants to go on holiday or to even query about a trip away. Thank you very much to them both and to the other staff. Good atmosphere and very professional while there. Even when I took them past their closing time they didn’t care at all about that. Again thank you to them all for everything!!! ❤️

   We have just returned from a holiday of a lifetime and it went very smoothly. We changed various things at times with the booking and the girls were always helpful. We were at Kuramathi, Maldives 7 night's and Dubai 5 nights.

   Don’t use this company flew from Glasgow to Barcelona for a week all inclusive arrived to find out they forgot to book hotel won’t refund our money or book other hotel stuck in Spain with limited money what a complete disgrace avoid at all costs

   Celtic fans beware this company is taking bookings for the convention in Las Vegas there taking deposits and you can’t get in to the event with this company use Stuart travel took my money won’t return deposit Ps I am going to destroy your company with bad reviews !!!!
