Today I went to Zara and bought a t-shirt. The price tag said €12.95, and I understood I should have paid around £11.35, but no!!! The price went up to £15.99! This is fraud, robbery, false advertising!!! How absurd!!!
staff are so rude. Honestly so bad they put me off going. They are hostile. I have had countless interactions with the women that have caught me completely off gaurd and I’m so surprised that a shop in Liverpool would even allow this. They are foreign so maybe that’s why. Definitely not locals as they’re so rude.
Lots of stock and good sale prices. Self service station is appreciated however the item an associate ordered for collection never materialised after waiting 4 hours with only a text to say it was almost ready. Should not take this long as it was a second attempt to get item when at first attempt I received a message saying it's not available even though staff member said there were 11 in stock.
Went into the Liverpool store today. Very few staff about. Bought a dress. No tills at all only self checkout. Couldn't find my glasses so was panicking trying to navigate the system. Basically, they don't really want to give you a receipt. It gets sent your phone/email. No thanks. The card reader wasn't working and declined my card. I kept pressing the button for help no one came. Literally unbelievable. I went to another till and it went through. I now have to return the dress. If this is the new way of operating, you'll lose customers. Dreading getting a refund, the purchase was bad enough. What an absolute shambles. Horrible shopping experience. Gone from bad to worse. Be warned.
I have visited this store previously and bought a winter jacket for around £90 which I will say its the one of expensive b£ng I ever bought and I would go back to the way it was. Things has now changed and I believe owner want to attract more customers and with this new inside design there is potential products will double the price or will increase more than it was. It now looks more spacious and futuristic for sure. And I did go inside for referrals. I Would recommend to buy from Zara but spend responsibly
Not entirely sure if language/culture is a barrier but.....good customer service should be a given as a fundamental standard throughout the world....however my experience of ZARA is one of consistently rude and unhelpful staff.
Went before the holidays to buy some bits. If you want to be followed by rude RACIST security guards then this is the store for you. 1 star is too generous.
Women on the tills this morning was so rude when doing my return, I had trouble understanding her as it was loud and so she got sort of angry towards me as if it was my fault?!! Could tell she didn’t want to be there, wasn’t polite at all and when handing my receipt she didn’t say anything just looked passed it at me rudely. Defo needs training on social skills and how to communicate better with customers.
Always busy, need more staff, bit disorganised, waiting timee to be seen tk at this time of yesr, too long, spotted what looked like kate moss comming out, so must be ok
I wouldn’t even attempt to go at a weekend - the place is like a hectic yard sale. We returned during the week to exchange a jacket for a smaller size. It took over an hour to get the new jacket from a store room (apparently their store room is in the car park which sounds crazy). None of the staff seemed bothered or interested. Suggest the manager has a good walk around the store - some serious operational issues in this place!
