   We visited the Malmesbury store for the first time last week after recently moving to the area and would like to say thank you for the excellent customer service we received. Lucy and Becs were amazing. They were extremely professional and very patient and understanding with my two grandchildren whilst we selected their school shoes and trainers. Nothing was too much trouble. They were both so helpful and kind and determined that we brought the correct pairs for my grandchildren’s feet whilst taking their opinions on styles into consideration. We were very pleased with our purchases and decided to return for some astro trainers later that week instead of buying them on line. The Malmesbury store colleagues are definitely jewels in Clarks crown. We will definitely be returning to the store for future purchases. Thank you once again for a brilliant experience.

   I went in for a toddler shoe fitting with my son who was playing up a little. I was served by Bazz and he was absolutely outstanding. Friendly, knowledgable and great with my son who immediately chilled out once Bazz started showing him shoes. Thank you so much fella, you really did everything possible to turn a potentially stressful situation into a really fun half hour. I would give more stars if I could!

   Good range of both practical and formal shoes, but it's the great and consistent customer service that the team offer to my family and me that is the main reason that I keep going back time and time again for children's school shoe's, trainers and my everyday work shoes. They always go that extra step to make shore that we get the best fit, and 100% happy.
