   Zero stars. AVOID at all costs. They do not have stock of the items they sell- as soon as an issue arises their "strategy" is to forward the customer their communication with the furniture manufacturer and take no responsibility. Poor customer service all around, so unless you want to waste weeks on end trying to sort out the issue and end up out of pocket I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

   Great business. Great service. Lovely people. After being badly let down waiting 4 months for an expensive wardrobe and non arrival. I spoke to Michael and Steve and felt reassured l would get this quickly. 11 days later ready for delivery. Very competitive prices and excellent service throughout. I will most definitely be using again in the future. 5 stars are not enough

   I recently bought Mesh Office Chair Orlando from 121 Office Furniture and it arrived super quick! Much faster than expected and well packaged. Really great service and lovely company to deal with glad I found them! Was really straight forward to put up and is sturdy & comfortable perfect for working from home.    Recently bought some office furniture from 121 Office Furniture through their website. I found everything very easy and delivery the next day was a welcomed addition. Upon delivery though there was damage to one of the desks. I contacted 121 about this and they were extremely helpful, kept me fully informed as the furniture had come from the suppliers direct. Within a further 48 hours the damaged desk had been collected and the new desk been delivered. You can't just measure a company based on their standard service but you can with one that came with an issues and for me the way it was dealt with warrants 5 star service. I wouldn't hesitate to order through them in the future and thank you again for all of your help.

   Found a unit I really liked and emailed regarding delivery etc before I ordered. I got a very speedy, friendly and helpful reply from Michael and when I ordered I got all the delivery info sent from Steven. Top quality, amazing value for money and a very fast and speedy delivery (I ordered Wednesday and it was here by Friday) would definately use them again.

   Bought a significant amount of items from 121 over the last month and all were delivered when estimated. There was a glitch on a bundle price and the team swiftly updated it. Communication was great and there were no surprises. Also worth noting the the delivery logistics being somewhat more complex than normal were great and that logistics firm/ delivery firm were also excellent. Brilliant service throughout.

   Absolutely brilliant.The website was really descriptive and accurate I knew what to go for straight away and could look at the high level description so was easy to navigate and good search functions. Very competitive in pricing, my product was the cheapest I could find. Kept up to date in delivery and managed my expectations during this difficult time by keeping in contact with me. Imagine my absolute surprise and delight when on standard delivery (which was free) I got my item within two days! Fantastic products, great service, a brilliant company and really lovely people. Good job!
