Very rude staff's poor customer service I bought a bed from them and after a couple of weeks told them to repair it but after 8 months they brought the wrong size side rails and couldn't repair it. I do recommend never buying a bed from them a bunch of lair are working there

First Class !!! What a wonderful experience with no hassle and ease. Ordered over whatsapp from Dubai. Within 2 weeks bed was made to our spec and delivered to Aberdeen. Shocking business. Bed and mattress took 10days. Bed drawers is a different colour of fabric. Mattress is not what we ordered. Drawers do not close properly. We were so desperate for a new bed and the shocking way they deal business I just didn't bother anymore. Will need a new bed. Used car salesman mentality. Cheats their customers. I wouldn't bother. Would never buy from again.
Bought king Velvet bed, got a great deal which included the mattress as well. Finishing of the bed is top notch and got it made for the colour I wanted! And priced very reasonably compared to high street big names. Probably Going to purchase another bed!
