   Please don’t use Lloyd’s they are hopeless I’ve left them twice I’m on repeat pircription last time they didn’t put in my main tablet when mentioned about it after getting a second pircription they told me out of stock and try another pharmacy than Lloyd’s. had to do without blood thinners for two weeks thanks to them

   Very poor service handed a prescription in at 2.15 pm was told an hour wait said fine went back in 1 hour 20 minutes later to be told between 5 and 6 this isn't the first time this sort of thing has happened

   Waited in queue for 35 minutes to be told 'sorry it's not ready, the computers were down' Having physically handed it in two days before I was a little surprised. Surely there's a better system than the current one. Max 4 ppl in the chemist at one time, whilst there's usually at least 1 or 2 people waiting for meds inside. Always ends up in a queue of at least 5 people outside. Would it be so terrible to have someone going up the queue taking note of what people need.

   Excellent customer service! Last week, when there was a delay with my GP sending in the prescription, the lady was extremely helpful and proactive. She offered to contact the GP and phoned me back as soon as she had spoken to the surgery. She also phoned me back as soon as the prescription was ready to collect. Top notch customer care!
